Nothing broken, damaged or missing. All aspects of their work was top notch and made what can be a stressful event into just another couple of busy days for us. All member of the move day teams were respectful and detail oriented in their work. all items that were taken apart for the move-out were properly reassembled at the move-in location. Large items were properly and securely protected and wrapped for the move. The team did not damage walls, floors or any other part of the move-out or move-in homes. Walk throughs were performed on both ends of the move before and after the loading/unloading. The teams were on time on both ends of the move and super accommodating for any questions or request we had. Initial estimate walk through was thorough, and pricing quote was honest and fair. Signed contract pricing was honored and no surprise gottchas at the end of the move. The company is fully licensed and insured for the work they contract to perform, and they complete that work without any drama or surprises in a professional manner. For example, a 65 inch TV powered up the evening of the move, suffered internal damage their claim the TV did not reflect any external damage to the screen or casing. Most often the newer tv's when dropped, would not show any outside damage,, even with its interior parts being broken. Their claim was the TV was already broken prior to the move, or why didn't I power up the TV once delivered. The movers were quick to leave and pressured me to sign the delivery receipt. They also claimed that the TV should've been boxed up rather than padded. All I heard were excuses, even with the other items that were damaged in the move. I would never recommend this moving company..

It was the end of the month so I thought finding another mover on such short notice would be impossible. UMove to the rescue! Austin was very easy to work with (I was very stressed) and was way more comprehensive in finding out exact details about my move to make sure they got the right trucks and supplies. This was a whole house move and then 2 houses are 60 miles from each other so making sure we got everything was very important. Yes I have a lot of good wood furniture which should have been wrapped in moving blankets individually, they were only half wrapped and by some miracle mostly unharmed. The owner/lead mover claimed a misunderstanding. They arrived with no tape, used all of mine, did not replace it. I had to coach them throughout the day. What was really annoying, I had a 24 pack of water [largest size] for them, each would drink 4 swallows then toss the bottle somewhere in the room. basically wasted most of the water provided then did not understand why there wasn't any more at the new place Or at the end of the day. I explained I have a disability, my back, yet there wasn't consideration for this, good talk yet no real care about it. yes my back was locked up for the entire week after the move due to my helping them move, being on my feet way too long. They wanted to end the job, come back the next day for more hours. When I said no, pleaded with them to finish the job, they did so. It became drop and run to fInish the move. The second bedroom king bed, collapsed when I touched it, after they left of course. It is a standard metal frame, how difficult is that? I had everything boxed and ready, yet this was the most disorganized move I have ever experienced. I would recommend them for small jobs and very short moves; not a full house move. They worked hard yet not smart. I would love to say more nice things yet I cannot. My tip/bonus I gave them seems unearned in hindsight since my bed collapsed and I found many boxes in Rooms that didn't belong. A big box of clothes in the garage. It took 6 trips to unload it. Each box was marked, for example living room or master bedroom. With my back disability I am pushing boxes around the house, which I shouldn't be doing. I am going to have to hire another to put my bed back together, restack boxes I cannot move.

Bakers had a full day, all their trucks were out on jobs but he agreed to take the job because I was in a bind and it was the day before Hurricane Ian! The trip to the new house took forever because they took 45 minutes to eat but never the less they were finished by 3:30.. Matt did not want this 18 wheeler loaded in one day that clearly would have completed the job! Now I have to hire a second mover to finish the job.. Two of my pieces of furniture were scratched because of poor handling... Please listen to me and find yourself a more qualified professional mover... This was an awful experience and nothing was done to please me the customer!! I am going to do everything I can to discourage anyone who even thinks of hiring this company!

Do not use Two Men and a Truck (Conway, SC location specifically) if you have a large TV…read more We hired them for a full move with two trucks and four movers. Our 85-inch TV was clearly part of the move, was discussed, and was packed/wrapped by their crew. After the move, we discovered the screen was cracked and the TV was ruined. Yes, we were told the morning of the move that TVs are not covered, and we signed the paperwork. But at that point, we were already moving that day and had no realistic alternative for a 100+ pound, 85-inch TV. That kind of policy should be made crystal clear during the estimate, not when the truck is already there. A moving company should not agree to pack and transport a large, expensive television and then take zero responsibility if it is damaged. "We'll move it, but if we break it, that's your problem" is not acceptable. I spoke to the manager, Keith, and told him we were happy with the move until discovering the broken TV. We generously tipped the 4 movers and I was planning to recommend them as I'm a realtor. He would not give a penny toward our loss. We are now out the cost of replacing an 85-inch TV, which is approximately $2000. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
