When I called him 4 weeks ago for an appointment he boldly stated, " the redemptions are too high". He refused to honor the business relationship signed up and agreed to honor with Spafinder. He made the scapegoat of his business decision and lack of integrity. I protested, he relented a bit and offered to call me (if he had a cancellation). I have not received a call in 4 weeks. Imagine the gall to offer me a cancellation only. Then never call! I then went to Spafinder to report the rogue provider. Here is their response, verbatim: "Subject: New Customer Service Inquiry from Customer Service Inquiries We have resolved your Case CS5084449. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: Hello Rick, Thank you for reaching out to Spafinder Support! First of all, we are sorry for any trouble this matter may have caused you and upon research for the spa in question, the spa is active with us, and we hope it has been only a misunderstanding with them, we have reach them to reinforce our gift card redemption process and also to share them our business contact number." I advised Spafinder there was no misunderstanding and a subsequent July 29th email to Tiglat after they supposedly resolved the "misunderstanding" went unanswered to date. It looked like the typical massage den, except for the two parallel bars over the table. After some warming up with her hands, Jeanie cat-jumps to hold on the bars and steps on my back, careful to gauge her weight (she is a professional, after all) to offer needed pressure to my tense computer chair-bound back without pushing too much. I found the greater surface area of the foot made for a better sweeping movement (effleurage?) than with hands. And when she needed to get into the nitty gritty, Jeanie would hop down from her monkey bars and knead with her hands. I left looser, less stressed and lighter-- and haven't had a sore back in weeks!
