My brother was not doing well for a very long time psychologically , I was worried about him but there was nothing I could do to help him. Ritika told he would snap out of it and how to help him with the situation he was in. The second thing, was if my mom was going to find a job. She was laid off for 2 years and she is older. Finding a job difficult at that age and she was on the verge of losing her house. Ritika said my mom would find a job from someone we know. A few months later, she found an ad on Craigslist and applied for the job. It turns out I knew everyone in that office, as they were my clients. She got the job! Then she got laid off a few months later. Back to the drawing board. One of the clients in that office came into my office and was sad my mom was laid off and back looking again. A few weeks later she emailed me and said her friend was looking for an admin. She got the job! Lastly, I've worked at my job for 7 years but was being recruited by a very high end firm. They had 2 positions open, the owner I could tell treated his employees with a great amount of respect and loved to have fun. I wasn't certain I wanted to make the jump even though I was extremely unhappy at my current workplace. Ritika said I would be unhappy with this new position, so I blew the interview off, but it was still in the back of my head for a year. I was very pleased with the reading and everything seemed to work out... but it's a year later and this other job has always been on my mind. 1 yr later... I booked another appt with her since she was so helpful with my brother and mom. But the job thing was still so unclear so I need to know more about this. It came to the point at where I currently still worked that I had to leave. I was beyond miserable and needed change. I called the firm that Ritika said I would be unhappy working for and accepted a position. It turns out I am not happy. But... what has come out of this learning experience is something even more great that I will post at a later time to see what the outcome will be. She said it was all me, I knew what to do, I knew what I wanted and to just do it. There was nothing else she would tell me because she said i had it figured out and just needed reassurance from her. I'm super happy about this, because I know I'm capable of this new career and know I can be successful. I will now be a business owner of what I have been doing for years.
