Everything I learned from her almost 4.5 years ago has still stuck with me to this day. I even occasionally refer to her emails and notes when I need to remember something regarding food planning/nutrition. I made great progress when I started with her in 2021 to 2023, which was when I did a lot of endurance training. I dialed back on my fitness the past year and a half and didn't stay on a consistent nutrition plan, so my body comp has changed a bit since previous years. Nothing drastic, but I'm back to being consistent and motivated to make some positive changes this year. I would not have been as easily motivated without Madeleine's previous coaching!!! I found it so easy to bounce back into a consistent food routine. She instilled in me a lasting lifestyle change and a shift in perspective when it comes to fueling and eating that truly sticks over the years. It was so easy to remember her simple and realistic tips - food swaps to get more protein into each meal, being mindful of hunger cues, and healthy snack swaps. It's amazing how these simple changes can make an impact on your daily macros. In this day and age with social media advice and AI meal planning, the value of having a supportive and knowledgeable real human who can individually tailor and guide your nutrition goals accurately is so apparent. Plus, having someone there to answer your questions at any time in between your coaching sessions gives you that extra oomph of support. Madeleine is extremely supportive - welcomes emails/texts and responds promptly. No question goes unanswered, and I tend to ask a lot of questions. Meal plans are simple and easy to follow. Something that stood out that I was not expecting was... during our first meeting she requested a list of various restaurants I frequent and gave me a bunch of options at each that supported my health goals. And since then she has provided this support when I'm traveling or going out to eat somewhere new (but I honestly have to ask less frequently because she has taught me what to look for). Highly recommend working with Madeleine to reach your goals!

I tried to "fix" myself by trying to eat healthy (I loved fatty foods, but my cholesterol was/is high so I became a vegetarian for a while to try to help lower my cholesterol) and exercise, but despite that, I was still bloated and tired all day. Ellen has a whole system worked out to determine the root cause of health issues that arise. Based on my lab work, she designed a protocol that was tailored to fit me and my health goals. Throughout the process, we had check-ins where I could update her on how I was feeling and see if anything needed to be adjusted. I've been committed to her protocols for over a year now and my health is better than ever. My bloating is gone, I have more consistent energy throughout the day, my stomach aches have all but gone away, and bonus- I've lost a bunch of weight. I'm nearly down to the weight I was in the military in my early 20s, something I was never able to achieve on my own when I got out. Ellen's recommendations are dynamic and tailored, and she considers the person as a whole. Her help has been so vital for me that I'm going to continue working with her until the foreseeable future; my labs are getting to where they need to be, but in the meantime I appreciate being able to reach out to her with questions from the patient portal, getting periodic labwork to check progress, getting access to reduced- price supplements, and having access to see if she recommends any minor adjustments to my protocol. 100% recommend!

Divya is that trusted health advisor for me. Divya is always working to make sure I am held accountable for taking care of myself and understands that human health is complex. She uses the most recent science to help navigate wellness for her clients. She carefully takes notes every session in order to track statuses as well as suggesting comprehensive panels to grab as many data points as possible to get a better understanding of my health. Divya is always pro-active in checking in on me and making sure I get the most out of her service. She is not anchored in any ideology which allows her to follow the best current information possible to advise her clients. She also is always willing to hear all of my health related questions no matter how silly they are or what influencer in my consumption has infiltrated my consciousness. I had a pretty significant fall from my horse in 2017 that I never quite regained my arm strength from broken arm that required plates and screws. Lack of good PT and overall conditioning just made the knee replacement in December of 2021 all the more difficult. My PT ended in June and I only achieved a 115 degree bend in the new knee (135 is optimum). I started training on my own but knew I was missing key elements as an equestrian and motorsports fiend (Auto-X, Drift). 2 very physical sports and I was unequipped to do either activity well. I started working with Jordan in August and I am pleased (as my schedule doesn't always permit me to be consistent even with my training) to say that I can bend my knee to 135 naturally, my left arm that was neglected now has muscle, my balance is so much more improved that my confidence in my physicality helped me back into the show ring on my horse and soon to be on the track. Jordan is patient and has understood my goals from day one. I may not be 5'11 and 150lbs of lean muscle but I'm stronger than I have been in a very long time, more balanced and confident in my body!! Thank you Jordan - you truly are the best. Oh....did I mention - he checks in on you - why? Just because :)

Owner Jamie herself has been in our shoes and lost a lot of weight safely and so for me she had the knowledge and was trustworthy to do her best to help guide us in our own individual journey, and as a team leader. Jamie was caring, professional, consistent on her communication both daily and weekly with us.
