DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! You will be better off walking. I used it a few weeks ago for a concert at IZOD and almost missed the show at 7:30pm....except I got to Port Authority at 5! The gate listed on the website was wrong, so that cost me a good 10 minutes trying to figure out where the hell to go. Get to the waiting area and there are well over 300 people standing there. No bus in sight. No movement. No nothing. The employees there don't give a crap and are relaxed as ever. By the time I got on a bus, there were still a good 100 people after me waiting. I got to IZOD, ran in, and just as I sat in my seat, the show started. NOT worth the aggravation!!! I spent so much $$ on my ticket and all I could think was, this isn't happening! I complete concur with all the reviews on this site, please don't be fooled by the apparently 'most convienent' way to get to the Izod. We waited on line for a very long time to get our tickets in Port Authority, but managed to make the coach and get to the concert with enough time to grab a drink and get to our seats. The return however was a f**king shambles, the line had no obvious point to join so people were cutting everywhere, it was hard to find out if it was even the right line to be on, and it wasnt even moving. It was like a cattle market honestly. We ended up waiting on a different line for the free shuttle to Secauscus and paid extra and waited 30mins for a train back to Penn, and I still think we probably got there faster. Oh and you can't buy your tickets online or at machines, only at their 4 (or less) open windows in Port. Do not use this poor excuse for easy transport. read more

Coach USA Olympia bus service to Newark Airport about 2:30 April 21st, 2014 We arrived with time to spare and e-tickets in hand. First bus came to Port Authority, was full of passengers and took no more. After a long wait, another bus came, nearly full and took only 6 passengers out of a long line impatient to make their flights. The third bus came after another long interval and took no passengers, being full. A fourth buss eventually came, was completely full and departed without taking passengers. The line -- I counted 40 souls waiting -- grew increasingly desperate and many of them engaged yellow cabs, sharing as best they could a $90 ride to Newark airport. A call to lodge a complaint with customer service resulted in the employee slyly transferring me to competing Mega bus service. After various transfers, I found that Mega Bus had no connection at all with Olympia's Newark service. I next called the putative extension of "Customer Service"for Olympia, got a recording, left a message and never heard back from them. read more

This bus company is a disgrace. I pay almost four thousand dollars a year for a mediocre service in and out of New York. I take the line 77, and the no-show are so many that I thank the gods everyday I have a very nice boss who understands my commute problems.... Please avoid them at all costs if you can!!! read more

Unreliable, completely disappointing, NEVER AGAIN. Upon our return flight from Houston to Midway, the Coach USA bus missed three scheduled pickups (12:05, 1:05 and 2:05). That left about 50 customers waiting and fuming in the cold. We had no other recourse but to wait, or take an expensive cab ride to Crestwood. I doubt if any of those customers will ever rely on Coast USA again. I know we won't. The bus finally arrived at about 2:50, and the driver was so grumpy you would think we caused the delays. The Illinois Department of Transportation should sanction these nimrods or put them out of business. read more

there is no way this bus company could possibly be worse. if you have literally any other option, take that option instead. where do I start? the worlds rudest bus drivers? buses randomly and inexplicably NOT showing up? overpriced tickets with absurd expiration dates designed to make them more money for being the worlds most shit company? when I called dispatch to explain that the bus has not been stopping at my time they literally kept saying the bus did stop, even though I was there early, definitely at the right spot, and absolutely no bus showed. But they don't care about complaints or running a BASICALLY decent service and they have the most stereotypically worst customer service. the most basic service they can offer is at least SHOWING up my god. read more

I was trying to catch the last bus of the day from upstate New York to Port authority and the bus driver looked right at me while I waved my arms and did not stop. I already paid for a ticket, and I was trying to get to JFK to make a flight, and this bus driver totally boned me. I will never ride this godforsaken bus again. read more

The WORST ever! Let me second mention the night of the Coldplay concert at Metlife stadium; I've never felt so miserable my whole life. Events exactly as the lady below mentioned, thousands lined for 2+ hrs. By some miracle after I found a ride. I was charged 45$ to Manhattan- which was actually cheap comparing to others. Advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, use the train instead, or even better try to arrange another private ride. read more

This is by far as the worst bus company I ever seen. So we booked (Rented) this "supposed to be company" #CoachUSA for our Family reunion 7/28/17 which was in Washington N.C and when the bus showed up it was a 1800's bus (wasn't a coach USA) bus that showed up. They send us a one hit wonder type of bus. Looked like they used an old family bus they had in their backyard and gave it to us I THOUGHT WE WAS BEING PUNKED OR SOMETHING. Let me tell you , T.V'S WERE BROKEN , it was filthy , NO cup holder's to hold our drinks, NO OUTLET'S , NO wifi (like they told it would be) No lights in the bathroom. here goes the worst part some people used the bathroom and the bus driver told us 2 hours later that you won't be able to use the bathroom cause it was something wrong with the toilet (couldn't flush) so now we sitting smelling the bathroom the bus driver didn't wanna dump , left the urine and shit over night , AC was messed up, NO sink to wash your hands. Meanwhile we have senior citizens ,Kids & pregnant people on the bus .The driver they gave us was a truck driver didn't know anything about the bus and the conditions it was until we called them complaining about giving us something new. We came from NYC to go to Washington NC 10-12 hour drive. we wasn't going to the nearest amusement park , that is what the bus y'all sent was for, for a 1 hour away trip . the driver made it clear that she getting paid so basically she didn't care ‍. She didn't want to make stop so we can use the restroom. We had to force her to stop so we cause use the bathroom Don't ever RENT FROM THEM THEY'll take your money and send you just anything. I'm devastated and disappointed! read more
