I bought a pair of handmade fingerless gloves that I loved--until my daughter "borrowed" them from me! They also have wonderful gift options for kids, like bilingual word cards and books that my family really enjoyed. I couldn't resist picking up a few mugs with great sayings on them, too. I'm planning to call and see if they ship orders because there are still a few items I'd love to get my hands on. Highly recommend for thoughtful, one-of-a-kind finds!

It felt at the time that the purchase was to please the owner more than myself. The next morning, less than 24 hours after the initial purchase, I attempt to return the dress and the owner said, "I can't believe you would ask to return this." I was a new customer and was not told the store policy at the time of purchase. Essentially, I was punished for shopping there. I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.

This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back
