There were a lot of sales associates on the floor. One of them had came up and offered to look for the size/ style I needed. The fitting rooms are big some include a full size mirror inside which makes it more convenient instead of having to come out. I had to try the different sizes of leggings as the material had changed over the years and from the last time I purchased them which was 5+ years ago. The girl that looked after the change rooms gave suggestions as to which size I should go with. She was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a few leggings for $40 each which was on sale. Highly recommend leggings from aritizia as the material is really nice.

I did ask one of the ladies if the red tags were the final price, she said yes, but then I was kind of confused because there was a lot of clothes that were regular price all over the place as well. I really love their design and the quality of the clothes and the comfort help made me feel! The changing rooms are really big and size. They have enough hooks because I'm very OCD sorting out what I want what I don't want. The inside part of the changing room had plush seats that people were waiting for. All around it was a classy!

It's a dog friendly store. She was really great. No pressure to buy. I tried on a few items, and she made some thoughtful suggestions. Definitely not an outlet experience, it was very much focused on customer service. I would definitely return. Also, many of the items are so classic, they make great staples in many wardrobes.

Right now there are many fruit themed, especially with apples and pineapples. I also found that they had cuter bags here too. The employees were also a little more helpful and relaxed. One that was helping us showed us around to similar items that we were looking at. They also made some suggestions based on the colour palettes that we were looking at. I resisted getting something so as I was walking out, the employee that was helping us cheekily said they'd be seeing my group later. Fun!

The service is lacking as people stand or walk around but they don't seem to approach the customers. I had to find an associate to ask if they had scarves and he did direct me to them. They didn't have a large selection and I wasn't able to find one that I liked for a gift. They have quite a few fashionable cellphone cases. I walked out not buying anything as I wanted to check out some of the other outlet stores first. This is a place to come for discounted prices but not great service.

All I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly the same one, same size, etc. The sales associate said she couldn't exchange it for me today because their computers had crashed and the exchange had to be done through the computer. I noted that the damaged bikini top was just going to go in the 'damaged' pile anyway so why does it matter whether it has to go through the computer, etc. She went on to say that the computer might not be up and running for a few days so I could come back at a later date. I even offered to leave her my original receipt so she could take care of it when the computer was back up and running. Nope, sorry, can't do that. Uggghhh. Went straight to the Pen Centre store and got the exchange done, NO PROBLEM! She just did a straight exchange. NO COMPUTER TRANSACTION REQUIRED. When I told her my experience at the outlet mall she was astonished to hear that they said they couldn't do the exchange for me. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to the outlet La Vie store again!

I feel like that is always the concern when it comes to shopping at outlet locations is the fact that the quality is sub par compared to their actual locations.
