If you feel like you're just going through the motions at the gym, and you've hit an exercise rut, Sean Frew is just the guy to get you interested in pushing yourself, having some fun, shred some weight and get your heart rate right up. Not one of those trainers to stand there covered up barking orders and organising groups into circuits they probably planned the night before, Sean will give you a tailor-made work out (no matter what fitness level you are at) which pushes you just enough for you to wake up a few weeks down the track and realise that you've become focussed, strong, toned and your clothes look a lot better. As a coach who has trained some big names in MMA and the boxing world, his regime revolves around boxing and his style is largely one on one, however I have attended sessions with my husband and a couple of others and experienced the same level of intensity in those sessions. Sean is also a bit of a larrikin, hilarious with a friendly personality who will have a chat with anyone. In fact this is how we met Sean, as he struck up a conversation with us, after training some others, as we passed by and boy are we glad he did as we found ourselves an excellent trainer and a top bloke.
