The dojang itself is relatively well appointed, it's is a permanent training space so has more niceties then a converted hall. Tournament padded floors, plenty of kick bags, crash mats, kick shields and various other hurty looking things are all in easy reach. The teachers are exceptional, and offer helpful, one-on-one, personal assistance. My yoga instructor was Sari Redzeposki (qualified in Ki Yoga), and she was great. Her method of teaching was informative and calming, and she never made me feel embarrassed when I looked like a complete goof trying to position my body correctly. I always took the Saturday class, and it was quite busy, but not uncomfortable. Perhaps a midweek class would be quieter, if that is what you're looking for. Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts also offer training in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Jason is an excellent teacher with a very easy communication style that ensures comprehension of even the most complex techniques. His energy is infectious which is great because I have never once finished a class with an ounce left to give. I'm not sure how someone who seems so nice is able to push people to their limits like that, but there you go. Classes are usually small meaning you get lots of personal attention and also easily make some new friends! I'd highly recommend anyone interested in personal fitness and self defence to check it out!
