We called it a bait and switch operation. Our first contact was with Doug, but when we tried to get an appointment with him we were told we had to take Wayde (switch #1). We were told repeatedly that the home would be ready by the end of October, but from April to October nothing was accomplished -- except what my son-in-law did (well tag, water examination); the latest estimate for completion is mid-March 2026 (switch #2). Then someone warned us about CC so we looked for reviews -- what a shocker. Not only were people upset about communications with Wayde and his crew, but they wrote of serious problems with house materials and installation. Never trust what they say and wait for the clean up and fixes, what a joke have more that a few calls into Travis the manager of fixing things. He will claim that he worked on multi million dollar houses in California...no chance the finish quality is not there. Asked them to paint the ceiling looks like a leopard patch, you can see ever seem and the quality of the building is crap. Every door knob has sharp edges the window shades all had to be trimmed so the would move up and down. Who finished molding like this really. I would NEVER BUY FROM COACH CORRAL. The sales person was very helpful in picking out a house that I wanted, but would never get back to me or return my calls. Wasted 10 months of my time and I had to get a house from another company. Still unsure why it is so difficult to buy a house...I would not risk doing business again with Coach Homes. Very disappointed in the whole process. Sad all the way around. read more

wow these people are unreal they told me before covid everything would be fine all covered we would do a walkaround once covid was stable or over. Today they tell me its past 30 days so they dont have to fix anything or do a walk around My dishwasher was not hooked up Dryer had to drill a hole thrue the foundation to hook it up Plumbing water doesn't drain right from ether bathroom siding on the outside was damaged in three very obvious spots and there answer is its past thirty days Is there no honesty in this business they are horrible at mobile homes put would make great politicians as lying is there fist position and to take advantage of the pandemic is disgusting to say the least read more

We have been dealing with Coach Corral for close to 2 1/2 years and still having serious issues. We were shocked at the site contract amount and expressed concern. Our salesman, Wade Padgett, assured us that they always come in high rather than have to come back asking for more on cost overruns. He calmed our fears by assuring us that any overages would be refunded. We were also told we could do some of the site work ourselves to save money. With that understanding, I did 95% of the "legwork" on the city permits. They then added on $3700 for erosion control that was overlooked by the contractor. I immediately assumed the role of conducting all of the required ground cover, along with the weekly inspections, repairs and state required weekly status reports. Once we were in our home and I started reviewing all of the contracts along with the associated costs. The contract included over $24,000 for building permits and hookup fees. I went to the city hall and got a print out of the total costs which turned out to be $19,100. The owner, Keith Padgett, eventually agreed that we were due monies back and asked us to give them time to review the file. That was about 3 months ago, he made two more excuses and then has since chosen to ignore any phone calls and numerous emails. I bought a larger 2200 sq ft house from the owners son. We went for most all upgrades and customized the house a bit. They really screwed it up. They had to do all the work on it here rather than the factory. I am still missing the blinds in our laundry room. The baseboard looks like someone who never installed it and just said that is good enough.the cheap Chinese hardware in the cabinets are failing. The house was never releveled like the owners son said would happen. The owner claims they do not give refunds. I have never received a final bill from these people and all the credits due me. So in closing my opinion is to buy elseware and take your time and just look at the house you want then run to another dealer. read more

Bought my nightmare in 1999.8,000.00 worth of work to be done.The crew comes up from Oregon 3 times and argues with me on what they're not going to do. They hung the plumbing on Friday, And forgot to hook it up on Monday. Pumped gray water for a year till phone guy caught it.Their lot models look great. BUT that's not what you get. RUN. read more

The biggest crap hole ever!!! My hubby bought this home in 2001 with his first wife. Here are the list of things that have come up in 15 years that have been found have shitty construction... 1. Magnum foundation -missing 3 parts to it. Coach says it supposed to be that way..RIGHT 2. We replaced the front porch due to age. Well, the contractor said he was AMAZED it was still attached as it was "secured" to the house using finish nails in the fascia...????? 3. Replaced the spare bathroom floor due to curling around the corners..this is really sweet.... Not only was the wrong glue used , and not much of it, but also the incorrect trim was used AMD it was not caulked allowing water to, over time, seep under it and damage the sub floor...AWESOME!!! 4. Had to replace the gutters due to them falling off every time it rained. Why you ask..you will love this. . I was told that they were barely attached using nails so small, they were like thumb tacks and, AND, not secured to the beams... 5. Started to rain in the master bathroom through the light..After a home owner's claim and 700.00 out of pocket, come to find that sealing the flashing around the vent....NOT DONE!!!! 6. Started to rain in the spare bathroom. So we sealed the flashing ourselves. BUT......then the water just seeped into another place in the roof, causing a soft spot that has now damaged the ceiling. Best part...NO DRYWALL!!!! THEY USED PRESS BOARD FOR THE CEILING!!! Due to the coverage on the policy, not covered under homeowners soooooo.....................we now have to pay 2000.00-.3000.00 to fix it OR..15,000-20,000 to replace it. 7. Replaced some of the facia. Newspaper came out where there should have been insulation!!! Let this sink in....I have NEWSPAPER IN MY WALLS...NEWSPAPER.... 8. Cabnets are pressboard with plastic......now coming off...lovely. If this were a car, it would be a total loss. We can't afford to get a new home due to the cost of housing and are left with sinking thousands into a box that needs more in repairs than it will ever be worth. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS. Trying to buy a manufactured home at Coach Corral was like trying to pull teeth. The place was a zoo. Dogs running around everywhere, people running in and out. Very unprofessional atmosphere. My salesperson, Doug, was so quick with me and didn't take the time that he needed to properly assess my needs. In fact, for several days following our initial visit, I asked him SEVERAL TIMES to send me an itemized work order, so that we could go through it, decide what options to keep and which ones to eliminate, and he could submit the order. Day by day by day went by, and no itemized breakdown ever arrived in my email inbox. I practically begged Doug, who was about to leave for Vegas for a week, to send the itemized breakdown of costs, as I wanted to get the ball rolling on the production of the home. No luck. It was as though he didn't want to sell me a house! If I were a consumer looking to purchase a manufactured/modular home, I DEFINITELY wouldn't do business with Coach Corral, unless you deal directly with the owner. The only employee with whom I had a good experience was the woman who does the interior decorating for the models. Everyone else was either rude or not interested in helping. One old-timer guy who sits in the office to the left of the front door was telling me all the reasons why I shouldn't buy a modular home. Some sales person he is! Don't even bother unless you like nightmares.. 1. Looked at a place first that builds stick houses, the 8months to a year seemed too long a wait..this was in AUGUST 2015.. So went to Coach Corrall the FIRST thing I asked was how long the process was..the FIRST LIE.. "Oh 2-3 months top" They didn't even break ground till January kept saying dont have the permits yet (looked in up they had them in October) there are so many problems i would have to write a book. We finally moved in, in MID MARCH there were problems with the furnace immediately they wouldn't even return my calls..i had to call Ronk Brothers to come out AND it turns out IT WAS WIRED backwards. Still didnt return my calls..I am so screwed, now I have to hire someone to come and tell me what else is wrong.. So ill just leave it at.. Don't even bother with this place.. read more

This is a follow up to a review I wrote March 2nd. The home finally showed up after the initial purchase Aug. 2017 and a supposed delivery date of Nov. 2017. It is not the home that was designed by my parents. After 4 times of driving to the business to go over the plans they still didn't get it right. Vinyl flooring was supposed to be in the dining room but the flooring is ripped like a piece of paper right through the middle. Nothing can be done at this point unless they replace ALL of it. So now carpet is the only option. One of the showers was supposed to be changed to include a tub. No such luck. Both are just showers. Nothing can be done at this point either unless the whole bathroom is torn apart. The shower head should have been moved down approx. 6 inches and that was not done. Again, they did not get the house they ordered. Last Friday my parents spoke with Jim and were PROMISED the clean up crew and the carpet would be installed today, Monday. Did they show up? Of course not. No phone call. Again, this is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered in my life. You are dealing with someone who is putting together a home for you. They are unprofessional, unorganized and absolutely DO NOT CARE! I'm so glad I've had the chance to speak with three other people who were actually going to do business with them. If I could give five NEGATIVE stars, I would! Absolutely ridiculous! We were told in February that it would be 'no problem' to get everything done by late summer, early fall. 8 months later, had to fire them. Despite numerous promises regarding getting the 'black line' back from KIT West, we finally got it in early September. We were told at least 6 times, that our home was submitted to Kit. Very unprofessional place. Salesman Doug talked badly about his other customers to us, missed 3 scheduled meetings, and rarely returned calls. After 8 months, all we had to show for our time was our building permits. Stay away from this place. Even after talking with the owner Keith, we continued to get the run-around, everything was always the 'manufacturers fault, and they only have 4 guys that do the installs and maintenance'. We read all of the reviews before heading over to coach corral but decided to give them a chance. Went in and did a tour of the homes on site and found one we liked. Went into the office the first person to help me was Doug. He talked a good talk. Typical car salesman really. He asked me to email him our MLS# of the property we were interested in and that was the last response we got from him via email or phone. My husband and I met with him twice, the second time he told us he wanted a copy of two bids we received for prepping the property for a manufactured home and building a garage. He told us he could beat the bid by about 20k. I dropped off the bids on a Friday, he told me he would get back to us by the beginning of the next week. Well as you can guess a week went by, I sent two emails and left two messages with no response. I then decided to call again and talked to Wayde. Wayde told me my complaint was common in regards to Doug and Doug did not have good communication skills and that is not what doing business is about. Wayde then told me how he took communication classes in college and promised me that he would do better than Doug. He told me he would talk to the boss who I believe he said was his father and he promised me a call back that day. Well as you can guess a another week has gone by with no call back!! Funny thing is, when I dropped off my bids I asked Doug and another coworker about the bad reviews, they told me they were all false. Well no they are not. Customer service is horrible. I will call KIT homes and ask where else we can purchase one and let them know how they are being represented. If you can't get help purchasing a home, imagine the problem you will have after the home is done and you need help with a repair?? Totally disappointed!! read more

Is it possible to leave a no star review? I wish we had done a little more research and listened to the previous yelp reviews. Truly- do not bother unless you like nightmares. We fell in love with one of the models on their lot after searching a number of different resellers in the area. We were led to believe that the world was our oyster in terms of customization and wasted countless hours with the salesman taking measurements that he failed to translate into the plans. To make matters worse, he seemingly lost the notes he took and asked us to come back up from Seattle to do it all over again. We have never experienced such poor service. It really was like pulling teeth to get a response from these guys and they deflected all responsibility by talking ad nauseum about how slammed the factory was and how the salesmen were having a record year for sales. I'll tell you what...as a customer...I don't care. You either want my sale or you don't, and they made it pretty clear they didn't ultimately want to help me. After 7 months of going around in circles we called another reseller that works with the manufacturer of the floor plan we had invested so much time and energy into and saw more action in 48 hours than we had in half a year with Coach Corral. The new reseller also saved us over $10k by eliminating fees that were hidden in the base price. Ridiculous. Please don't waste your time. read more
