No one would take me because they were closing and the next day I was flying out on a business trip at 7 am so I could not bring it in then. I asked every place if I could just drop it off that evening and leave it for the next day, not one place could accommodate that request, accept for Jet Wash Auto Spa. Soon as I phoned they understood the severity of milk in a vehicle and wanted to help. They did an amazing job. I can't thank them enough for taking me in so fast and doing everything possible to save my vehicle. I went to the east lake car wash twice today to wash and dry to different vehicles that I own. In…read moreboth visits they had rental cars running poisoning the breathable air with carbon monoxide. I complained to the lady with glasses that is working today on Saturday the 18th of Jan/2020. She looked at me with a disgusted look and completely ignored me. I originally walked up the office to mention that the overhead door by office was not closing again!! On my first visit, there was also a different rental vehicle running unattended, I reached in and shut it off... Then mentioned to the Lady in the glasses that the door wasn't shutting after people leave. By the time I have finished this review, the overhead remained wide open, it's - 25 celcius outside. How irresponsible of the lady with the glasses to treat paying customers like this. I will be speaking to the owner about the lady in glasses!!! We brought Nissan Murano to get detailed on Mother's Day. We drove from across the city to get…read morethis done and when we got there, we were told that we didn't have an appointment and they may or may not get to it that day. After a discussion, they agreed to do it and after 4 hour we got the call to pick it up. When we got there we still had to wait, but after we received the vehicle we noticed that the simplest thing to cleaning the car were missed. There was still dirt on the side mirrors, streaks still on the windows. By the time we got home, we noticed that the cleaner that they put on the tires was sprayed on and not wiped. Due to the drive home the cleaner it sprayed all over the car and we had to clean the car again. My husband gave groupon a review and did get a call from the owner the following week. He said that he would give us a refund and it has been over a month and we have not heard from them or gotten a refund. I would not recommend this place after the service we got. You can honestly do a better job yourself and take the money you pay them for something else. Mike

After being stone walled by reception, shop employees and, amazingly, the Manager in a vain attempt to get some information on the status of completion we gave up and paid out of pocket for the part from another shop. As a point of comparison, this part was sent from Germany, painted and installed in under 2 weeks. While we have little experience in running an autobody shop, we think it's safe to say that this is not an ideal business model. Kristi J

My car was kept inside the shop. My car was washed when I picked it up. But more than anything, the repair was A1 as well as polishing out scratches on other areas of my vehicle.
