This place is clean, in good repair, rarely busy, and you can pay with a credit card if you don't have cash. What I really like is that there is a 90 second grace period after your time runs out. Unlike most DIY car washes where you have to listen for the machine beeping and plug more money before the time runs out, when the time runs out here you have 90 seconds to throw in some more money. No more missing the beeping and having to overpay because there's a $2-3 minimum and you just need another buck to finish rinsing your car.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience that forced me to replace the vehicle that was detailed…read morehere. I had my sedan cleaned by one of your workers (middle Eastern guy, very friendly but can't remember his name) and requested that I have my carpet shampooed. Turns out there were a bunch of electrical components underneath the front car seat which had water damage from being shampooed. After the detailing, I tried to start my car but the immobilizer was triggering. I didn't realize that it was water damage from having my carpet shampooed until I talked to a few of my mechanic friends that made the connection. Over the course of about two months, my wipers would start to act up randomly, my subwoofer started rattling and eventually my trunk wouldn't open via the button on the front driver door OR the fob. I literally had to use a broom stick to reach the emergency latch from the inside of the trunk to open it. I'm not sure if all of those are related, but to have it happen within the course of 2 months and all be electrical related, I can't help but see a connection to the water damage that was initially caused by the carpet being shampooed. Especially since my car is over 14 years old with other 400,000 kms and I've never had problems like this pop up. You guys REALLY NEED TO LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW that having your carpet shampooed can potentially cause water damage to the electrical components that are under your vehicle seats. Thankfully I was in a good financial position to buy another car, but to some people having something like this can be devastating. Please make sure you warn people of the potential risks when they ask to get their carpet shampooed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. On August 6, 2026, I dropped my 2020 Toyota Sienna off at…read moreCalAlta Autoglass for service. An employee who did not have a valid driver's license drove it and got into an accident, something I only know for certain because of the police report, not because anyone from CalAlta Autoglass told me. Then came the real problem: silence. Seven weeks of it. No call, no update, nothing. The first time anyone from CalAlta Autoglass actually reached out was their general manager, and only after their own insurance company insisted he respond. To this day, I still haven't gotten an apology. When they finally made an offer, it covered about half of what an independent shop quoted for a proper repair, and it relied on recycled parts pulled from other wrecked vehicles plus generic aftermarket parts on my suspension and steering. They described this to me in writing as "OEE" parts, which is a real term, just one used for glass replacement (their actual business), not for collision repair, and it doesn't even appear in their own estimate. A certified collision centre expert confirmed their offer wouldn't actually restore my vehicle to its pre-loss condition. On top of that, no rental vehicle, and no commitment to cover any further damage found once repairs start, both completely standard after an at-fault accident. Their insurer's own Director of Claims later confirmed in writing that the number CalAlta Autoglass was offering doesn't reflect what they actually owe. Worth asking them yourself why their insurer denied coverage in the first place. I'm now over eight weeks without my own vehicle, and I'm taking this to small claims court just to get it fixed the way it should have been from the start. This is where things stand as of today. This is still ongoing, and I'll update this review as it develops. Don't let their other reviews fool you. Find a shop that actually stands behind its work.
