Unlike most DIY car washes where you have to listen for the machine beeping and plug more money before the time runs out, when the time runs out here you have 90 seconds to throw in some more money. #119 Heading down 36 Avenue SE east of MacLeod Trail (it is Mission Rd SW and 4th St SW on the west side of MacLeod Trail), I have driven past ServPro Cleaning with it's bright yellow signage hundreds of times with a dirty car even though building advertised (with a giant yellow pointing arrow) car wash is open 7 days a week from 6:00am to 10:00pm (0600 to 2200 for you 24 hour/military folks). I have never given it a 2nd thought or any thought to be honest until this past weekend when I thought, what the hell? It's a car wash; it's close by and my black car looked like a mini Jeep in the mud, and I was curious. This is an industrial area with mostly car repair shops, just down the street from Heninger Toyota. Such it would make sense to have a car wash here but it just feels weird especially since ServPro is a cleaning company but apparently, according to their website's main page, they have an entire cleaning service portfolio. You drive around to the back to a (garage) door that automatically opens when you pull up to it, after a few seconds. Once inside, 6 bays greet you (well, they don't say too much, pretty quiet usually), all taking cash or credit card (no debit card) though I could not get my credit card to work (luckily, I keep spare change in my pocket). It is very clean, comfortable atmosphere, and well ventilated. I spent $3 to wash a 4 door Honda Integra ER Type S (that's a hybrid of Honda Civic EX and Acura Integra Type R (Japan) with a stick shift). The water must be filtered as it left virtually no spots, stains, or residue. I did not vacuum the car (and I assume a cleaning company has a vacuum system somewhere); that's next weeks task. A wonderful discovery definitely off the beaten path not yet widely known or afternoons are just a dead time for customers? As stated above, it is open very early and very late. I am interested to see when it's "busy" times are. I wish they had a blower or maybe they did and I just did not see how to activate it (still caught off guard that a 6 bay car wash is here). One of the best car washes in Calgary hands down. The wash cycles provide lots of time to clean your vehicle, there are tons of wash options, and the car wash itself is always clean and tidy. My favorite thing is that the floor mat holders always work and are replaced regularly so they always hold your mats in place when washing them. You can also go for a beer across the street at the craft brewery when you are done. read more

Credit card system not working. Spent 10-15 minutes trying to sort out the issue. Tried to find office for help, there is no way to get out of building unless your in a car, also no ATM. After trying to solve this myself I looked up the business on google because (they don't visibly display any phone number inside the property.) I called in and was transferred to NINA or something similar. She spent so much time on the phone trying to explain how it could possibly be my fault etc. I finally had to interrupt her and ask what a solution would be. She said she would reset my card in the system and call me back. After no call I called back in and was told by reception that someone would come outside and help! This sounded promising. Once this nina arrived she rudely began to go over all of the possibilities and scenarios that could cause this in regards to something being wrong with my card or something I did etc. 20 minutes later at this point I finally just took my card back. I also told this woman that I have been to this car wash many times without issue I asked her if I could pay online or something and if she could type in a code to make it work because I've been waiting for so long and Had already taken out all my mats. She started to get quite snippy, said NO there was no way to make the wash work and in the middle of my sentence she walked away. So I had to reinstall all of my custom Fitted floor mats which I had taken out in advance to clean(which I might add are very difficult to take out.) point is, ZERO emphasis on loyalty or customer service. Got here and place was locked up even those it's supposed to be opened all day. Some cars got in then the door closed and wouldn't open for anyone. Front doors locked also so no one to talk to!! read more
