We hired B&B decorative concrete to stain the floors inside our home. We had a house fire and half…read moreof our flooring would need to be replaced, in addition to that we were choosing to do this in other connected areas of our home as well. Very long story short what should've been a week job ended up taking a month because they made such a mess. We talked with them from the beginning about protecting our baseboards and repeatedly throughout the process, but we were ignored. They sprayed stain 18 inches up our walls all over our baseboards, cabinets, doors and anything else below 18 inches. They also got concrete on our baseboards, cabinets, and door frames. The employees and owner came out to clean up their mess and barely put a dent in it. They ended up painting a portion of our baseboards that would not be repainted for our housefire. Unfortunately, in many places, there was still grit from concrete that had been splattered on them, as well as all of the other baseboards in my house. Our job began on Labor Day, we weren't able to move back into our home mid August, 3 additional weeks displaced because of this companies negligence. We have repeatedly asked the owner to discount the final price to allow for all of the cleaning that we have had to do as well as the damage to our property from concrete being attached to baseboards and doorways, but the owner has refused. We told him if he would not make an allowance then he would have to take us to court so a judge can decide what should be discounted and we are scheduled for that in October. They also poured stain out in a rock garden in the front of our home and sat a generator on our lawn that killed our grass, which is still dead to this day three months later, and they broke the key off in our deadbolt. Please save yourself the nightmare and do not hire this company.

All South put on a new roof in one day, cleaned up and picked up everything. Next, we had new windows and soffits installed. Next project was removing the cedar siding then hardie board installed. Last, the painters sealed all the joints and painted around the windows and painted the hardie board. Result was a brand new appearance for our 45+ year old home. So pleased with every aspect of the work that was done. All this was accomplished over a 10-11 day period, even working on a Saturday to stay on schedule. First, they didn't speak to me or announce their intentions when they first arrived. They just blocked me in my driveway and started working. They tried to leave me blocked in my driveway over night and I had to call in to get things moved after they'd taken off without telling me. They didn't cover anything in the space beneath the roof and lots of debris fell in, trashing and almost causing significant damage to everything underneath. The yard they left a mess and despite saying they would clean it up, never did. Including sharp metal pieces and nails, not only did I get a flat tire from a fresh roofing nail after they were done, but I picked up by hand well in excess of 100 brand new roofing nails. I had to go buy my own magnet to have any sense of confidence that I could use my driveway again. The crew tried to cut corners skipping things that were agreed to, and the things they did do, they did poorly. I had to call them back for almost everything they touched because it was worse than when they started (yes, I had new leaks in my new roof in places that didn't have issues before they started). They also left things clearly in poor condition, gaps between wood structures they'd "repaired", warped boards with no support, the roof had obvious depressions and dents where repairs and new shingles were laid. Different people would show up for other parts of the job at random times without warning and some wouldn't even know what they were doing there. I really shouldn't have to explain what roofing and repair work needs to be done, that should've been handled internally at the company. When I spoke with the crew on the phone they were not receptive to my issues and were aggressive and disrespectful. I really liked the folks in the office and wanted to support a local business but be wary. Might of just been the crew I got, but it was a remarkably unpleasant experience.

Had an issue with my insurance company and a scheduling conflict and told them I would call and schedule one it was resolved. Called in March to schedule a date and have been ignored for over a month. They only have one scheduler (Patrick) for all locations and could not even bother with a call back to schedule a time in the future despite multiple calls from me to the office. Hate to see this from a supposed reputable company. Also see on Google Reviews they are using their own employees to leave reviews.

Regardless, when I called they stood me up three times and I have to go into the office to get an appointment for them to look at the issue of the recurring leak. The owner Chris was rude found every excuse not to fix it. He he never showed up for the inspection either. Poor quality, poor service, and Chris is a crook. Stay clear away from them. The work was not completed on the 5th day as promised so we scheduled for them to be here on Saturday at 9AM sharp to complete work; they again texted that they were going to be late.
