My sister was asked to pay full for day class. I paid before the due date. She submitted all documents. The received that documents and the not correspond with us. A day later we called. They told us that the class was canceled because student count was low. I demanded for my money back. They instead asked her to attend evening class. We accepted. Waited for confirmation email. Cricket. We called. This time after several calls was unanswered They called back. This time that her chest x ray was not normal. Ok refund our tuition . Over $1300. The run around began. The Instructors are very patient and grounded, Ms Helen who took us all through the practical class was very patient and tolerant, even when some of us in the class were going off point, she made sure we all leant, if I have to go through the class again, I will chose her as my instructor. If you're desperate to obtain your CNA by any means necessary then this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong, by the end of the class you will have an opportunity to take the state test and pass or fail the class; but the measures taken in order to get your license are definitely not worth the $950, and here's why: 1. The teacher is extremely mediocre and during class she basically would just read the book to us. 2. A majority of the class was used to watch videos instead of hands on learning. 3. Because of the lack of materials there was only one very dated practice dummy in the skills lab, this created a problem when it came time to practice because students were forced to wait for extended periods of time for a chance get to get some hands on practice. Overall I'd say the clinical week was by far the best part because of all the hands on learning we were able to get, but for $950 I believe that this institution needs to make drastic changes to the way they teach their curriculum in order to get a higher review from me. read more

Mrs. S was a great classroom instructor. She guided us through the textbook chapters and set us up for success in the course! THE WORST!!! If I could write this review without a "star" I would. If you want to waste $900+ go here...you will receive only disrespect from staff and teacher, race through a curriculum with ONLY reading a textbook all day in class (everyone takes a turn like grade school), little hands-on class rotation (often only 2-3 people get a turn depending on instructor-the same woman who ignores classroom question/answers ). Racing through this program, you are expected to absorb 22 skills in a 2.5 wk period; the remainder of time you spend in a nursing home facility, which is fine, except the instructor refuses to divulge the location when asked. I found the entire experience unprofessional and totally lacking in quality instruction. I personally forfeited $600 after the first week and was happy to leave to register in another program.....I didn't do proper research the first time enrolling but I believe I have a better quality program this time......a longer program but that's OK! read more

Friendly staff and Dana Short in by and far one of the best instructors to have teaching you 24 chapter book within a week. Very fast paced, but definitely worth every penny. Can't say enough about the way they prepare you for what you will need to know and master for your state exam! If you actively participate you will learn the skills needed to become a successful CNA and build confidence to continue you pathway in the healthcare industry. If you choose to not participate and squander the golden opportunities to practice at the state testing facility for fort bend county then you have chosen to get the least out of what you have invested in. read more

This is a great place to learn. They have the expertise to train you to confidently become a CNA. I love the environment, The program was 3weeks and I thought I wouldn't be able to assimilate everything within the short time, but low and behold, the instructor was extremely one of a kind and she was able to impact so much within the time. She pushed us to bring out the best of our abilities that we can do this and we made it. I am totally grateful. I passed my exams and I am so excited . it all paid off a great deal. The difference was so clear between those of us who attended this school and others who came from other places. I would recommend this institute to anyone any day. read more

WOW what a nightmare! Just dropped off my daughter for her CNA exam, which was suppose to start at 7am. If the punctuality of this place is any indication, I'm glad that she didn't take her course here. I didn't read the bad reviews beforehand unfortunately. You're suppose to arrive 30 minutes before the exam, so we reached around 6:15. The exam instructor didn't show up until 7am. Which means that herself and her classmates will likely start at 8am. What is the point of having the official site for the test tell test takers 7am only for the school to arbitrarily choose 8am? People do have jobs to make it to! I would not recommend this place at all for any future test takers. read more

I just graduated from the school. The reason why i chose the sugarland location is due to the small class size, fee structure available in the website itself, and the only school which offers the 40 hours clinicals. I checked around the other schools nearby, didnt get a good impression from any of them. read more
