In the bathroom only one faucet was working and one mirror was missing. 2/3 of the butter dispensers are out of order. Started dripping water in the cinema do to rain outside and some of the ceiling fell on 2 young men. Popcorn tastes great though and they have a good selection of soda (Coke produc)

This place is disgusting. Every seat--and I mean EVERY seat in the theater I was in is torn up and falling apart. I sat down and started reclining and was disgusted to see popcorn shoved up INSIDE the footrest. Hard to enjoy a movie when you feel gross sitting down to watch it. Hard pass. Do NOT go here.

DO NOT GIVE THIS THEATER YOUR MONEY. This theater is utterly revolting. It appears as though it has never, ever been cleaned. The seats are broken, the leather is cracked, and there was food lodged in the leg rests. I felt like I needed a shower and a tetanus shot after the movie just thinking about how filthy the seat I was sitting in was. The carpet leading to the theaters once had color-coded lines directing patrons to each specific theater. The intention was presumably for the ticket checker to say, "follow the blue line" or whichever color corresponded. However, they can't do that anymore because the lines have faded into varying shades of gray. Gum is smeared all over the floor and the carpet. In the men's room, two urinals were out of order with trash bags taped over them using, unbelievably, scotch tape. There was also a stall out of order, an entire mirror missing, revealing a gaping hole in the wall, and spitballs stuck to the ceiling. I have seen highway rest stop bathrooms that are cleaner than this. It's a mystery how such neglect is even possible. The tickets are not cheap, and the theater is located in a high-end mall in an affluent area. The only reason I came to this location was because I had a coupon. I understand that theaters are struggling financially, but I saw plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. Spend a little money and rent a carpet cleaner, and have someone with some level of authority ensure that the theaters are actually cleaned. If you read other reviews of this theater, it's obvious that this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. Looking at pictures from posts years ago, I see the exact same stains on the floors. It is incredibly disheartening when the only responses these posts get are, "please give us another try," when it's clear that NOTHING has changed.

(On vacation from NYC) Wanted desperately to see (Jurassic World:Dominion). There were 3 of us. Lots of parking. Very courteous woman at customer service sold us the tickets. The plus was ordering food and beer from their list of 12 beers. The reclining seats were the tops. Upon exiting theater, staff was gracious again. A+++++++++++++++++

I found the movie schedule and times on line -- as it seems they hadn't updated the marquee signs yet. But they are obviously short staffed. The same guy who opened the doors and sold the tickets, he also made the popcorn. The theater where the movie we were seeing was shown was small with one center aisle and rows with four seats on either side of the aisle. As we were there early, there were only a few other folks in our movie showing. It was like having a private theater. The seats do go back, but they aren't automated. You have to "push" to get them to recline. The amazing part is the price. All movies are only $6 per person. Add in a combo of a drink and a small popcorn for only $7. They have first run as well as some limited and artsy films. We'd definitely come here again if in the area. Such an inexpensive opportunity for date night or daytime entertainment.

They have nice concessions, the theater was clean, floors not sticky (didn't go in the restroom). My first seat had a little too much gangsta lean so I switched and all was well. I loved it and for the price of $6 to watch a movie. They called it a reopening special so idk how long that rate is going to last. The screen was big, the sound was good. You want the imax experience or food service while you partake in a cinema, then this ain't the spot you come to for that flick. But if you want a good time to watch something on the big screen, check this place out! Parking lot was easy breezy btw and no line when I arrived.

Definitely a step above regular theaters. And the seats themselves were super comfortable. If it were just for the movie quality and the seats alone I'd definitely give EVO another 5 star review. However the food service was dreadful. Our movie started at 7:00 and right on the dot we ordered our food, one of the perks of sitting in the dine-in pod seats. Times ticking away, the movies playing, nothing arrives. Literally waited an hour and 15 minutes until I felt the urge to go check and see what was up, missing some of the movie in the process. I get to the lobby where the door to the kitchen is, our order is sitting there on a tray and there's a waiter with his back to me, eating something right over our food. I was absolutely disgusted and wound up not eating it. Also you got to be kidding me with these bathrooms, they are absolutely revolting. Every toilet seat is covered in piss, the floors are filthy, the sinks are dirty, some of the sink fixtures are rusty, most of the soap dispensers have no soap, even the hand dryer was dirty and moldy. It was an absolute abomination. All in all I'll give EVO 3 stars this time around. If they cant improve the bathrooms and the food service, I don't really care how good the IMAX looks, I'm definitely not going to be coming back.

But in other ways, the independent theater is unique as it shows indie films at a reasonable price ($8) and does a terrific job of promoting them. For example, we just saw "31 Candles", which is an entertaining rom-com that I highly recommend seeing asap as it only runs through Nov 20th. The writer/director/star and the producer of "31 Candles" were on hand to personally introduce the movie and answer questions afterward. Where else can you directly interact with the movie's principals? The staff even assisted in the promotion of the "31 Candles" film by encouraging the director and producer to speak to the audience at a different movie screening. We got there early to hopefully make it close to the screen. The pop-up concept sounded popular and I knew the lot that was being used wasn't that big right off the 17th st causeway. Even though we were plenty early the first couple rows were full of cars. There was alot of like minded people just happy to be out seeing a movie under the evening sky. We still landed a nice spot though. It was actually a perfect night despite it being a little warm. I parked my SUV backwards and we popped the hatch to sit in the back. We prepped a couple drinks and snacks and I tested that the sound from the radio channel sounded good. Everything was nice, I even remembered to bring some chairs in case we wanted to sit in front. The movie was great. The picture was clear and the sound was as well. We had seen "Dirty Dancing" plenty of times before so we were able to just enjoy being there and talk some as we knew the beats of the movie already. We made the right call for a Friday night, it was perfect.

We sure are! and as soon as we saw that this pop-up drive in was happening we stalked their site to see what movies they were playing. As you can imagine movies are not new releases but they sure picked some good "rewatchables" and we decided to go on a Friday, to start our weekend in the right relaxing note, and watch Dirty Dancing. The place was well organized, they had people to check you in (no contact, once you bought your tickets you are on the list and they scratch you up upon arrival). Then guys with mask guide you to your parking spot and that's it. You set up and enjoy the movie. The same guys that helped park also did rounds to make sure everyone had their car lights off and were all practicing social distancing. They also had two food trucks and a tent with drinks and snacks for purchase, again, everyone wearing masks. The movie was timed perfectly to start playing as soon as the sun went down to give us the best view on the screen. Great way to spend our Friday and do something (safe) out of the house during COVID times.

The recliners are incredibly comfortable and fully adjustable, so fair warning: if you're watching a slow drama, you might drift off into dreamland. I personally stick to action, comedies, or anything upbeat just to stay awake in those comfy seats. Yes, tickets cost a bit more than a standard theater, but in my opinion, it's worth it. The theater is clean, well maintained, and offers an extensive menu with plenty of food options, sodas, plus alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with classic popcorn, and candy. The temperature is always just right, and the service is great. A server comes by before the movie starts to take your order, and your food and drinks arrive once they're prepared. If you need a refill or anything else, just press the call button at your seat and someone will be right there. Another plus: there are bathrooms conveniently located , which makes it easy to run out quickly without missing too much of your movie (which I did in WICKED). They are also ADA compliant making it comfortable and accessible for everyone. If you're looking to make your movie experience feel a little more special, this is the place to go.

When I let our waitress know, she mentioned the seat was "supposed to be marked off," which was confusing since I purchased the tickets about a week in advance and there was no indication of an issue at the time. It was also pretty warm inside the movie theater. We purchased bottomless sodas, but after requesting a refill, we waited over 30 minutes and never received one. Even after following up, no refill came, and I ultimately had to leave the theater to go to the concession stand and causing me to miss part of the movie. Our food arrived halfway through the movie and was noticeably cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. I've always enjoyed Cinépolis for the premium experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. Between the broken seat, lack of service follow‑through, and food quality issues, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
