I called the company and they said they would have the owner of the company call me as it appears I was clearly over charged by the man who gave the estimate. By the price of the estimate I received, I assumed there was an extensive repair. The techs were here about 15 minutes. The company has not called me back. The techs were even shocked at the price I was charged as was a member of their staff. This is unacceptable. I will never use them again.

For some reason, a Supervisor came out a few days before the scheduled repair and told me the pricing in the original Proposal I accepted was no longer valid and the cost would be almost double their original proposal. Needless to say I determined I will not do business with a company with these business practices. I had the work done by another company and the items Guttermen added to the original proposal were not needed and were not done by the company I contracted with. I don't know if this was a Bait & Switch tactic or just simply because they were not knowledgeable re. the work that needed to be done. I would suggest caution when dealing with Guttermen.

He showed up on time and did a visibly good job of installation from the ground looking up ! They looked great and he said they were guarantied for a lifetime for the gutters and workmanship! It rained about a week after the installation and I had water running down from between the gutters and the facia of my roof ! I called him and made him aware of the problem that day! He said he would be coming to fix the problem within a week! After he didn't show up I called him again and he said he had been on an alaskan cruise and would be coming out the next week. I've called him several times over the months and sent him videos of the problem trying to get him to come back and fix the problem and he still hasn't shown up !! Before he started doing the work I asked if he was experienced in putting gutters on homes with metal roofs and he said he had done several projects that had metal roofing ! I'm afraid that with all the water getting behind my gutters that I will eventually be having a problem with a rotting fascia and having to replace my roof that's attached to the fascia and drip edge that holds the roof in place!

Randy took time beforehand to understand our needs and explain his process. He arrived on time and as scheduled. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently - and were very patient with our annoying little barking dogs and the need to move them to various places in and out of the yard. We felt comfortable with them around and the gutters look great. We feel confident that we can call him if any problems arise (so far, there's only been a quick rain shower since installation - no big storm). I highly recommend this company. Based on other quotes we received, the price seemed fair and competitive. Just a note - I think he takes only cash or check, so you'll need to be prepared in that way. I didn't check beforehand.
