I cannot say that my experience with MYWH Construction ranks very high. Bottom line is that we did not get the end product that we desired and we certainly paid premium for this service. The issue is that there were a lot of conversations between me and the owner so it comes down to who's word you believe more as to what was expected versus what was delivered. But I know this. In all businesses that require customer loyalty, the customer is always right. As we got towards the end of the various projects, I started to question what I thought was missing. Then the communication broke down completely and he (and his crew) stopped communicating. My wife would call and text to see if they were going to show up and the never gave the courtesy of a response. I regret my choice in choosing MYWH Construction. They had come highly recommended by my real estate agent - with whom I hold in high regard. I would advise folks who are considering this type of work to interview several before deciding (which is my typical process). In fact, in the early stages of the project, I got estimates for additional work and MYWH came in 2x the price. The other contractor did great work. Second piece of advice would be to choose a contractor near your residence. This shop was 45 min to an hour away which is probably one of the reasons why they were untimely. It is a shame too because fixing a few small things would have made a big difference.
