Fortunately, we met Ivan at Chable's Concrete who was an absolute delight to work with. He showed up on time for our appointment, offered us several great solutions for our challenging backyard (which is narrow, and slightly sloped), and promptly sent an estimate. He understood our plan that seemed puzzling to other companies. When we made changes, it was no problem. Ivan came by the next day to measure, finalize the design, and answer any other questions we had. He scheduled our installation the following week. Day one of our project, Ivan and Rodger excavated, leveled the site, and laid the forms. Day two, he poured cement and created a beautiful custom patio design. Ivan and Jenni were so communicative and personable. They made this project effortless. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. And what we agreed to is what we paid. We are asking them back for future projects. It is so refreshing to find genuinely friendly, ethical, drama-free companies who do beautiful, precise work and respect their customers' time. It took days for him to make printable and send it to my email. The bill for the inspection was $475 and when I asked what should be done I was told I would need another inspection. Costing $900. What Kurtis called a level 2 inspection. His advice was to tear down the chimney and rebuild because it had been painted. I called out three other companies who said clean it, rebuild the crown, put new caps and it will be fully functional. I would never use this company.

Hmm...we'd shut them off for the winter in October... Found a cracked valve that must have been frozen and thawed in what little afternoon sun there was. Yelp to the rescue! I reached out to 3-4 businesses through Yelp. Lawn Care by Dan was on the phone with me in 10 minutes, was here on-site 15 minutes later.
