I called a week in advance to see how much it would be to clean my condo, she seemed like she knew…read morewhat she was doing so I went ahead and booked a day with her. I called her the day before and luckily I did because she almost forgot that I had scheduled an appointment for deep cleaning. I found her online and figured it was convenient, and she told me she loved what she does and that I would be satisfied. She came over the day before my appointment to give me an estimate on the condo. My condo is 600 square feet, hard wood floors, and she gave me an estimate of $200 with a $20 discount. My friend has a 3 bedroom house that charges the same price. I figured since she claims to be so good, I wouldn't mind paying that much because I just want the house to be clean before I move out. She also said she had to pay her girls 15 an hour and doesn't know how long mines would take. Mind you, everything was completed empty because I just moved out and I just needed her to clean all the stuff that has been piling up, very minor stuff. I'm just very busy so I couldn't clean myself. She arrived the next day at 5pm, said she will call me once she was done. Called me at 720pm and said omg it's too much, I can't, it's too much, but um it's done. I got there, there was still lots of things that needed to be wiped down. Vertical blinds were NOT clean, fire place was NOT wiped down, Patio floors were NOT mopped, floors were just wiped down with some stains still there, there was a stinky moldy smell from her mop, and they took off one of my toilet covers padding and did not replace it and by the time I noticed, I already paid and tipped and she had left the premises. She only had one girl with her, which means she pocketed the rest of it. I actually have to come back today to wipe down the rest of the stuff that they missed. The work she did was OK, NOT worth $200. Her work is worth MAYBE $100. I will not be returning, I really did not like how she said she was going to do an excellent job and then tell me the day of that it was too much. Not professional at all.
