When we…read morechecked in to follow up they said "it was a miscommunication" and that the time we initially requested was no longer available. Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.

I did not book at the time but immediately received a call from someone to talk me through my options. This was great. The booking experience online was seamless. I was able to chat with someone using messenger to get an understanding of the difference between cleaning options to identify what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately, I allowed the name of this company and some of the things they market themselves as being able to do to fool me into wasting $450 on a move in cleaning service. Overall, im completely disappointed because this was a very costly service and for the work produced I could have saved my money and did it myself and actually deep cleaned my home. Dissatisfied with the move in/move out cleaning because while the house was empty many things in the home were new such as one of the two bathrooms; two freshly painted bedrooms and all throughout the floors were recently stained or new vinyl was installed. It seems like the cleaning professional didn't think there was much work to be done and as a result was was very lazy with their performance. Cindy has been very responsive to my complaints and continues to share my concerns with management. She calls and texts me to keep communication flowing. However, at this point I need to hear from management. My completely empty home was not thoroughly cleaned and I want my money back.

One was an admin staff and the other was the cleaning lady. Upon entering my apartment, they can see why I had to hire a 3-hour cleaning service for my tiny one-bedroom apartment; it was messy even for my standards. After leaving a $40 tip (20%) in a sealed envelope for the cleaning lady, I left the apartment so I wouldn't be in the way. Upon my return to the apartment, I was completely surprised at my apartment's NON-transformation. To be completely fair, I do notice a difference in the bathroom, and I can smell the lemon-scent of the cleaning agents when I walked into my apartment. Other than that, NOTHING has changed. Perhaps the kitchen counter was wiped, but I could have easily done that with a Lysol wipe. Sure they took out the garbage, but again, that's something that I could've easily done. Plus, I still had my grocery bags sticking out from the side of the refrigerator --- exactly how it was before I left. Oh, and by the way, they didn't clean the refrigerator either. There were still towels and purses hanging on chairs, clutters of boxes/paper piled along the walls, etc. In fact, the futon in the living room wasn't made up-right (from bed to couch) and the sheets were still on it --- unfolded! Again, my apartment is NOT that big (500 sq. feet). I purchased the 3-hour deal specifically because I needed deep cleaning/organization; not a light cleaning. However, what really lead me to write this review and complain is the fact that when I entered my bedroom to get something out of my bookshelf, I noticed that my bookshelves weren't even dusted! I mean, what on Earth were they doing here for 3 whole hours?? $100+ later, I'm still stuck with a messy apartment. What a huge disappointment.

Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract.
