Initially, I gave YooHome 5 star review had them clean our house twice. Both times the provided high-quality service. Recently, I wanted to hire them again and booked a deep cleaning service through their website. The website charged my credit card and everything was scheduled. However, NO ONE SHOWED UP to do the cleaning! I called them an hour after the scheduled time, but no one picked up the phone. I've been calling and emailing them since then with no response. I'm disputing their charge now with my credit card provider and I am contacting local authorities to investigate this company. It's sad that this company is so dysfunctional now, they used to provide high quality cleaning services. Until the issues with this business are resolved, I advise you to look elsewhere. read more

Quality cleaning service. They did a great job cleaning my apartment in an efficient manner. Ask for Sam when you call because he did such a thorough job cleaning. My husband & I spoke to Eric & made arrangements to come clean our house on a set day & time frame. We waited all day & they never showed up!!! We left a message to find out what the problem was! I was in a tough spot... I have worked as a facilities coordinator for over 15 years for hotels and dorms, (about 5 years too many). To say that I know cleaning and proper cleaning by professionals is an understatement. So, when the first company told me they would bring 4 people and would use a buffer machine as we agreed I was happy to pay more. However, my cameras showed two people being dropped off by a 3rd while being tossed some bleach and some basic supplies... I was disappointed. 20 minutes after they arrived, living now 15 hours away, I asked them to leave. I was in a tough spot and needed the place cleaned soon and well. It needed to go on the market asap. After calling 8 companies nearest to me in Central Islip and leaving 5 messages (3 were full) I spoke to Yoohome. I will edit this with his name one day. But he was professional, courteous, and reassuring. and some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Also, I have trained hundreds of people on customer service and active listening. The service was $450, which was 150 less than what the other company wanted to charge. They sent two people (no buffer machine but I was over it.) and they did a great job. My cousin who lives nearby checked the place out and some small spots or areas were missed in the basement. I sent them some pics, they sent their guys back with no problem, they hit those areas and poof. My anxiety and stress melted away. They were very friendly, relaxed, and informative. Keep in mind that when I called them about the missed areas and spoke with them. I was friendly, and courteous and treated them like humans. They asked me to email them the pictures and provide any details about those areas in the email which I did. We worked with them on when they could come back and they took care of those areas. Do not be fooled by the reviews, that is how they got me. The first cleaning was good and the rest all they did was clean around clutter. I most recently reached out to them on Monday for a cleaning because I was desperate as we were coming back from out of town , I did not hear from them until Wednesday we agreed for a Saturday cleaning. They did not show up at ALL I called and texted at least 4 times to no availability. Communication is horrible. I would not recommend. Not to mention being charged several times and had I not been paying attention to bank account I would have never noticed , on top of that had to vigorously argue with them for company to refund. read more

After a long wait of full gut renovation the place needed a good clean me down. My previous cleaners were awesome, scheduled a date and they never showed up or answer the phone since! So I've went on a new seat on Yelp and narrowed it down to Yoohome based on reviews, website presentation and some prayers!!! They showed up on time at 7:30am and went straight to work. They carried some pretty good professional equipment and products. It was a crew of two and they each tackle a room. Sam was a team leader and pretty much stayed on top of his crew. At the end, I later found some areas that needed attention and when contacted the office , Eric, the manager was very professional, apologetic, and sent the crew back later on that day and redid the entire job all over again at no cost. Sam worked tirelessly without any complaints and had me reinspect each room until satisfactory! This is the definition of a company with integrity, which pretty much don't exist nowadays. At the beginning, I contacted the store and got a very timely reply. At the same time, I made an appointment with them at about 12 o'clock. They would call in advance to inform them when they would arrive. In addition, their equipment and methods are also very professional and uniform. Wearing shoe covers at the door is very professional. Small areas in the home are also cleaned up very well. Our carpet is very large. They also helped clean my carpet without charging. I am now interested in signing a long-term cooperation agreement with them. read more

Looked at the reviews 4 & 5 stars,wow! I told my wife these are the guys to go with! Called them up ,spoke to Eric ,he sounded ready to please & accommodate ! So I made the appointment ,Eric stated time of arrival saturday July 22, 2023 between 10:00am -12:00pm. (Side note when I spoke to Eric & asked regarding estimate & fee! After trying to tell him ,what needed to done ! Also telling him what rooms to be done! He seemed more interested how I was going to pay him cash or check! I attempted to continue what needed to be done! ) Well here we are 2:00 pm No! Show!!!!! They probably picked up a couple of bigger jobs ! From 7-11 & then 11:30 on! If you need a courteous, reliable and professional home cleaning service I highly recommend Yoohome. They give you a 2 hour window but it's been my experience they come closer to the booking time.
