It normally comes with chorizo, but the best part is you can substitute it with any of their breakfast meats, so you can customize it however you like. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The combination of ingredients makes for one of the best breakfast tacos I've had, and Miguel's recommendation was spot on.
