C&B normally works with Handy and we tried to have multiple handymen come and install for us, to no avail. Several handymen cancelled on us because they didn't have the right ladder and one came and tried to do the installation with an extension ladder and of course it didn't work because he doesn't have 7-foot long arms to reach the junction box from the wall. We asked our construction manager for our Toll Brothers home in Ten Trails and he said Provident Electric did the original wiring, so we gave them a call (the warranty rep for Toll said Provident might not do these types of non-warranty jobs, but they absolutely do). The guys showed up with the right ladder (16-foot A frame), figured out a way to bring the ladder in and set it up in our tight entry without banging against the walls (covering the floors with blankets beforehand), and got the job done in an hour. They were very friendly, very professional, and highly skilled. I would recommend Provident electricians for any work!

BPE was not necessarily the lowest priced, but the estimate was fair and we could tell from our first interactions that BPE would be worth every penny by gauging Brannon's thoughtfulness and recommendations. Our hunch proved correct. Brannon and his crew accommodated our schedule and were incredibly flexible with last minute changes (which we know can be difficult). A portion of our job could not be completed until the snow melted and ground thawed. Notwithstanding, Brannon stuck to his word and finished the job timely and perfectly. We cannot say enough wonderful things about BPE Electrical. A+++

I am grateful I found Andy while looking for a local handyman here in Maple Valley. He responded to…read moremy messages immediately, but I had some follow-up questions I wanted to discuss over the phone. He answered the phone immediately and knocked out the tough questions to put my mind at ease. I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy informed me that he was able to complete both services in the same day and quoted me reasonable prices on the phone. I was able to schedule the work a few days later. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I was so pleased with the work and how smooth things went with the shower that I decided to hire him again the following week. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later. Again, he took his time and was super quiet during the install. We came across a small issue with the setup, but he brought it to my attention immediately and asked me how we wanted to proceed. I appreciated that because I am very anal and particular about my home. Overall, he got the disposal installed and my wife is thrilled. Overall, Andy is a fantastic handyman and super easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any type of work as he has the skill to make it happen. Thanks again, Andy!

Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it!
