We stumbled across Ravi's shop, they had told me it was a simple repair. they then advise me they can repair it but told me it would be 7k for repair I asked where were they getting the parts from they said directly from the dealership "we all know that's the most expensive" I then let them know I have done my own research and found the parts and the total was only 4,000 gave them the website they then said they didn't want to wait for the parts to come in. They also said junk yards would only pay $150 for my car when I called other NEARBY junk yards they offered 1k and these guys gave me a number to their FRIEND because the $150 the "junk yards" would give me is HIS SON because his son wanted my car for himself. DON'T RECOMMEND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIP OFFS!!! Also disrespects women AND doesn't know ANYTHING they are doing I clearly paid in full for storage, and decided to harass me and my father because he can't afford to get his son things he wants. Don't speak upon what you don't know. Hope no other decent human being goes through this company. You already see how he's talking via reply to my review. Now look at text messages. Such a shame. This shop has been up for 5-6 years and they use other peoples work as their own. I found them here on yelp, wanted to give a try. I had to replace my brakes, rotors and the front inner fender shield. They took good care of those. I didn't have the parts. They found it for me but if you want to bring your own that's ok with them. The prices are really good. I am happy with their service. They provide different services. Check their description. I have been coming here for any issue I have with my car since the , even if I must call them to describe the issue they will make sure to discuss over the phone before I come in. While my car is at the shop they call once the service is complete and make sure to explain what has been done or call insurance to get permission to do any services that have not been discussed prior, that is a detail that I really apreciate. Whatever issue I have even if they cannot service it here they will make sure to recommend me to another trust worthy mechanic who as soon as you say that DAKAR sent them, they will make sure to exceed your ecpectations. I trust them with my car at any day and I highly recommend them, Alvaro and his team are super polite and fun, they treat you like a friend from the get go. Mr. Deen (owner) informed me that due to his current workload he wouldn't be able to perform the work at the present time but suggested that I continue to communicate with him on a biweekly basis to see when he be able to paint my car. On Monday, March 14, 2022, Mr. Deen told me to bring my car on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, so he could start painting my vehicle. He also informed me that it would take two weeks to complete the paint job. Well, that was true, every two weeks I would drive by his shop and speak with Mr. Deen regarding when he will start working on my vehicle. Mr. Deen informed me that the work will start the following week, this practice continued for almost two months. I also noticed that my vehicle was being parked in an isolated area and no work had been started. After two months of these lies, I displayed my frustration and I informed Mr. Deen if he wasn't able to work on my vehicle, I will take my vehicle back home until he has the time to start the work. Mr. Deen promise me that he will assign two employees to finish my vehicle. After several weeks, I finally received my car on June 3, 2022. However, after inspecting my vehicle I was not pleased with the workmanship. I found several scratches and some defect paint area. Also, the vehicle wasn't sand down or polished. I was informed by Dennis (the Painter) that they have to give the paint enough time to cure before they can't sand down and buff and polish the car. Today (June 21, 2022) after 3 weeks I went to the auto shop to make an appointment so my vehicle could be completed, and I was informed by the Painter (Dennis) that the owner will not complete the job because I complaint to much about the paint job and the 2 1/2 months that took to complete. I informed Dennis that my vehicle was not an insurance job, I was paying cash and my receipt indicated my payment and what was left to be done. Since Mr. Deen has instructed the workers not to accept my vehicle and complete the job, I have no other choice but to take this matter to small claim court in order to resolve this matter.
