We are left with uneven poly, chipping poly, roller marks the entire length of all floors, spots that are chipping in all rooms. Stain is not consistent and not fully covered in some areas. We have stain on our carpets, tile, fireplace, and dripping down our carpeted stairs. Moved refrigerator and scratched the floors. Can't get a call back from him because "he's checking with his lawyer this never happens to me before". This was Nov 28. Today is February 17th. Left us with a mess!
