I don't know if they are generally confused, if the employees go too fast and miss read things, or if they run low on breakfast product near the end of breakfast and feel too lazy to make what I order. I think it's great that corporate Chick-fil-A will just give you a free item replacement if you raise an issue on the app. But I'm just gonna go there again and get the replacement item and it be wrong again. I don't think they're doing a great job of fixing a consistent issue .

People who work there really seem like they don't want to work there and put their attitude out on their customers. Came and got food and got the wrong things, but didn't feel like going back into deal with the horrible customer service to get the order corrected. People should really consider not getting a job in fast food and customer service if they don't want to do the customer service part of it, or learn to correctly do the fast food part. These chains just getting worse for their price. Lady in the drive thru could use a lesson on customer service / separating friend and work time w her friends hanging in the drive thru... go find a new job at that point because you'll be the reason that location shuts its doors. Make the drive to another location. Its time this one closes because it's been like this for a year.
