Alana Calafiore was our lead on the transition and she was great. Good consultative perspective over both phone and email. Always efficient and providing clarity. She also made the transition easy to help cancel the legacy policy. And this also gives up better coverage and lower cost. We've sadly had to make a claim in Dallas after a big freeze and State Farm was great to work with when we needed them most. Great agency that Chip runs and awesome employees. In addition to Alana, I've also worked with Donna Naraine for car insurance and she's great awesome as well. Thanks to the team! I highly recommend.

I have…read morehad my home owner's policy with her during my 40 years of home ownership of two separate homes in Chatham, along with my car insurance. Now that I am in my seventies, and feel it's time to sell my home and move into an apartment, I am still keeping my now renter's insurance with State Farm. When I called to change over, I learned from Alyssa Roman, one of the agents in the office, who would not put me in touch with Glisel, that, because I have to cancel my homeowner's insurance and carry renter's insurance instead, my car insurance premium must go up in price! I am so very upset and disappointed that, after being a loyal customer for 40 years, this is the case. I didn't so much as receive a call from Glisel after telling Alyssa that I was very upset and wanted to speak with her. I thought she would at least reach out to me after all these years. As if getting older and leaving my home isn't hard enough, now I'm faced with the added punishment of having my rates go up! Incidentally, I'm driving a 17 year old car and have a good driving record. Sad. Very sad. My previous very favorable opinion has changed drastically due to this incident. I am so very disappointed.
