Hooray for a gourmet dive biker bar!…read more One visit, here's what I know: The menu (a sheet of printer paper slid into a plastic sleeve, printed front and back) is unexpected, packed with options and includes all of the typical bar favorites. AND a breaded, broiled, olive oil, lemon artichoke heart dish that would be comfortable with white linen. So good. Previous reviewer mentioned turkey being carved, not pre-packed. Not surprised, as chef (chef? Yes, I think so) shared that WWDVH bakes their own bread - not even white haired grandmothers bake bread anymore. Friends got a pizza - declared it awesome. Chicken wings are whole and uniquely coated, crisp, moderately spiced and a little sweet. Hubs had the fish sandwich, loved it. Also, the hand-cut fries were better than the locally revered potato-patch variety! The bar is shot/beer. Seemed sort of limited. Mixed cocktails, not encouraged. Ok? This is a biker bar, friendly & relaxed - bartender/server was casual and happy. The BBQ rib offering which, apparently, is THE menu item... gone by noon, Sunday and there is a waiting list that starts Friday evening. Interesting? I think so! Also, nestled in the menu is a broccoli entrée that keeps looping in the back of my mind. A broccoli entrée in a biker dive bar - just messes with you a little - less once you've tried the artichoke hearts, though. Just re-read my review, above. Seemed a little disjointed and out of order, but I'm not editing. Seems appropriate.

My default when I don't feel like being disappointed…read more @thepubat333 is that easy "let's just go to..." and no one argues it because it just...works. There's enough going on menu-wise that everyone figures it out, and I'm not exaggerating-every single time I've been there since they opened, someone at the table orders a French dip. Every. time. It's basically part of the experience now. Also if I see pierogi, I'm ordering pierogi. That's just who I am. Could've taken down the entire plate without blinking but I shared like a respectable adult (meanwhile mentally tracking which ones were supposed to be mine). It's just a laid back, neighborhood spot that doesn't try to be anything crazy and still ends up being exactly what you wanted. Fun fact: my friend and I once prank called from their landline, the owner immediately called back, we answered like nothing happened, and yeah...the phone was no longer an option for us after that

After being seated, our waitress was very upset we were told this...said it should've been up to her (she had a bit of an attitude which stayed with her almost the entire evening) The interior of The Pub was nicely lit but there wasn't any music playing....drinks were nice and strong....I ordered the Brussels and they were not what I expected....overcooked ....fries were not crisp....gals reported the pizzas were good....all in all we had a great time getting together but doubt we'll return...

This was amazing! If I hadn't discovered it on Yelp I never would've known it was here. We went for…read morelunch on a Tuesday and everything was amazing and fresh. I havent had fresh food at a restaurant like that since Quebec. And the cocktails were fun too. Our server had so many customers becaise the place was pretty packed dor a Tuesday afternoon but we didnt have to wait long long at all and she had great recommendations. We could also watch them make pasta in a big block of cheese so that makes any meal feel like an event.

I'll start off by saying that the place is very unassuming outside and we almost didn't see it. However, it's such a vibe when you walk in! The drinks are great and they have a full bar that is pretty stocked. I had their seasonal old fashioned and was pleasantly surprised by the price. My friend got a rose and was happy with her choice. They had a lot of good options on the menu and they also have their own Rye. Service was also great. We went at an off time - 230 on a Saturday, so there was plenty of space to sit. As far as the food goes, we both got the cacio e pepe because I mean, they have a huge cheese wheel there, so how can you pass that up?? We were also starving bc the cafe on the trail was randomly closed that day. She got the shrimp and I got the salmon. The proteins were cooked well and the noodles were perfectly al dente. It tasted good, however, they use cream in it and I couldn't taste any pepper. It was good, but I'd probably try something else next time. All of the food coming out looked great. I'll be back for sure!
