I go to her for a physical and she's amazing. I definitely recommend her. She gave me a great recommendation for a mammogram!

The staff in the front desk had no idea what my insurance was, despite me telling her time and time again exactly how to handle my insurance- health first- a very common form of medicaid that I know the doctor takes...... she wouldn't listen to me and denied me even though I came ALL this way during a pandemic. They are, as stated below, super nice. No complaints about the doctor's attentiveness during the visit. She was knowledgeable and thorough. However, the office never called in my prescription although they said they did, and repeated calls to their office have gone unanswered. I was also advised during the visit that the X-ray I needed might need an electronic referral and was trying to get them to submit that too, but managed to resolve the problem myself. In summary: it's a feel good visit with zero follow thru. My problem was never resolved and now am forced to deal with an on-call doctor after days of neglect. Despicable. update: have called their on-call service twice. Still no call back. Don't these people have any accountability AT ALL??? read more

Dr. Cluny Lefevre is an excellent doctor. Very polite and very human. Very knowledgeable, and very professional. She seems to be in this profession to help people not to get rich like most doctors now these days. She would look into your concerns about your health and help you as much as she can. She was my doctor for a few years until I had to move. I have no complaints whatsoever about the excellent Dr. Cluny Lefevre, I just wish she was my doctor here where I live, but unfortunately she is too far away. I was looking for a family doctor and picked Dr. Lefevre and Night & Day Medical because of location, being in my insurance network and good rating on my insurance website. I came for a routine physical exam, but my first in 10 years, so I wanted to make sure everything is good with me. Similar to other reviews - the staff were polite and professional. Recorded my history, took my blood etc. I NEVER got to see the doctor, and was not offered to see her. I guess because I didn't have any major complaints. (I did have some worries though) I got emails with test results, but zero feedback of any kind. I waited a couple weeks, emailed the doctor and asked if she could comment on my results. Nothing. I called the office and asked if the doctor reviewed my results and had any comments. They were surprised by my question and suggested I come in for another appointment. I said I just want to hear the doctor's comment on my test results that's all, and if anything is unusual I will come in again. They said the doctor will call me. Never happened. Bottom line: this is not the family doctor who seems to care about my health or keeping me informed. Will definitely look for a different one. read more

I went to this doctor because I thought I might have strep throat. Normally I hate doctors, but I had a big weekend coming up and I thought that if I did have strep, I should get on antibiotics asap instead of being stubborn. I picked this doctors office because they were close to my work, and covered by my insurance as an in-network provider, and Cluny Lefevre had good reviews on the internet elsewhere. Basically my experience boils down to a couple things: Most of the people there are very good people, but I will probably look for a new doctor. I had an appointment, but still had to wait half an hour to sit with the nurses and get the strep test. There were two nurses in the room; one was kind and knowledgeable, the other one was harsh and questioned my answers to the intake form as if I didn't know my own medical history. She rarely looked at me, and never introduced herself. Her phone rang while I was in the lab room. Not the kind of care you want when you feel like crap already. Next I waited another HOUR to actually see the doctor. By that point, I had already gone back to the nurse and found out my strep test was negative so I wanted to leave without bothering to see the doctor. The receptionist told me the doctor had to see me because I was a new patient though, and she called the doctor, and she came out in a few minutes. Dr. Lefevre was very calm and knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions when I asked. Nonetheless, she never introduced herself, and she also seemed like she felt rushed and stressed and just wanted to finish with all patients and go home. The nurses never took my temperature, but she didn't bother to do so when I sat with her either. Then before I left the receptionist told me I had a $500 deductible on my insurance and would have to pay for the whole visit out of pocket. I called my insurance company when I got home, and they said that was not true, and that I should call the doctors office back and ask them to bill the insurance company, and then they would bill me for the remaining. (I probably should have paid a co-pay???) All in all, I hope to find another doctors office with a good doctor AND friendly, functional, competent staff. read more

Absolutely the most poorly run doctor's office I have ever experienced. Not only is June inefficient and unprofessional but she can get downright nasty. I liked Dr. Lefevre at first because I felt she listened to me and had an approach to deal with my health issues. The problem was, the issues never seemed to be taken care of. It took 2 months for me to get a prescription filled-even the pharmacist at CVS said the scrip didn't make any sense. When she recommended I see a specialist I asked if they could recommend someone and was told they don't do that, they're a family practice. huh? Everything sent over to me from the office was scanned incorrectly and unreadable. The last straw was when I called saying I was in agony with neck and shoulder pain, Dr. Lefevre said she'd try to get me an MRI approval but she couldn't promise. She didn't help with the pain. I wound up in the emergency room where they suggested I go to a neurologist. I decided to also go to a new primary care doctor and not only have I already had 2 MRI's but I am in the process of being treated for a cervical spine issue as well as problems with my shoulder and left arm, which I currently only have partial use of it. I am still waiting to hear from Dr. Lefevre's office about the MRI they are supposedly trying to get for me. I was abandoned by this doctor at a critical time. I would highly recommend you choose another doctor if you value your health. read more

I was drawn to Dr. Lefevre because she is an osteopath, and I was hoping that meant she was holistically inclined. She is open to the holistic perspective, but that was just the beginning of the exceptional medical experience I had on my first visit. I was received immediately, and treated warmly by all her staff. The office is efficient, clean and friendly. Dr. Lefevre is relaxed, and her calm extends to the exam itself. She is thorough in her work, truly listened to my questions and concerns, and was receptive to my requests and observations about my own health and treatment. She didn't patronize me in any way, which I found refreshing. I couldn't be happier with her as a primary care physician, and look forward to continuing with her service. I walked intothe office and the patients all sitting around looked alittle flustered. I inquired if all these patients were seeing my doctor and the front desk told me no,, there are multiple doctors here today. To my relief, I was called in rather rapidly. I had to wait some time for the doctor but this is expected in any doctors office. The doctor was very courteous and knowledgeable. The medical assistant was the sweetest ever. I look forward to following my care at this facility. read more

The worst doctor ever!!!I Dr, Lefevre used to be my primary care physician until I realized she only cared about my insurance. She could have cared less if I lived or died. I went to her 4 times in a period of 3 months with a chronic cough and EVERY time she told me it was flu and to steam and drink tea. She didnt even listen to my cough or give me any prescriptions.She was only concerned about my insurance going through. I found a new doctor and he diagnosed me with Pertussis (Whooping Cough) .
