I've tried a lot of chicken sandwiches... this is the best I've had. Yes, it's a bit messy... and that's actually one of the things I love about it. The "mess" comes from the generous amount of excellent coleslaw and their Comeback Sauce, which perfectly complements the chicken and brings the whole thing together. I ordered the Nashville Slider -Country Style (No Heat) described as a Nashville-style jumbo chicken tender topped with coleslaw, crisp pickles, and their signature Comeback Sauce, served on a toasted potato bun (9.5). The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and tender, with all the components working together in perfect harmony. Loved it! The Fries were very good as well (8.2). Surprisingly, the Chocolate Chip Cookie was excellent (9.0)... don't let the fact that it's prepackaged fool you. It's worth ordering. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner. I really appreciate seeing an owner on-site, talking with customers, getting feedback, and making sure everything is right as they get a new location up and running. His commitment to producing a quality product is obvious. It's a family affair, with his daughter running this location. I'm already looking forward to the Cluck Face they're opening in Delray Beach on Federal Highway near Trader Joe's and Paris Baguette. I've eaten plenty of good chicken sandwiches... We liked the chicken here. It's a bit different than most other places. We got the two tenders and a side as we were not that hungry and were not sure if we'd like it. We chose their country mild heat level -- which is without any heat. The tenders are large all white meat. They are in a dry rub mix of paprika, garlic, and brown sugar. It's a little messy to eat, but i liked the flavor. For our side, we chose fries. Other options are rice or coleslaw. There are also other upgraded options. The fries were cold which was one problem. I also don't care for "coated" fries. When we mentioned the cold fries to the manager, he nicely comped us some desserts. We tried the chocolate mousse and liked it. They've only been open in this location a short time. They should do well here. Their seasoning/spice rub will make them stand out from the chicken "crowd". This place was nearby while running errands. We ordered the two piece tenders with fries, Country Mild. The chicken tenders are large and the Country Mild is a dry rub with good flavor. The fries are coated and ours were served cold. Management apologized for the cold fries and comped a cookie and chocolate mousse. The mousse was very good. read more

Was so excited to check out this location that just opened! I'm a big fan of chicken sandwiches so I went in with high expectations. The store is very clean and definitely a vibe. Cool lights and artwork and good music playing. You could order with someone or use the kiosk. We chose to use the kiosk. I got the slider + side (I chose fries) and my fiancé got the 2 genders + side (he chose the Mac & cheese) to go. It came out pretty quickly! We got home and were pretty happy with the portion sides. Honestly it was a lot of food! I got the BBQ slider and while it was delicious, it was a pretty messy. The tenders were so big that I had to cut up the second one so it could fit on the sandwich (not that I'm complaining!). The fries were okay. They had a bit of spice that I wasn't expecting and I don't love spicy things. My fiance enjoyed his meal. Overall, really good. The sandwich was large and so flavorful and filling. I rarely take the time to write reviews. The first gentleman who was working inside gave me a sincere greeting as I entered, one more was preparing food behind a clean glass window. I appreciate having the option of using digital menus to order because it gives me an opportunity to modify my order without feeling like I'm hassling someone to change a menu item. However I know it's important to try food the way it's intended to be enjoyed, at least the first time. So I did the (two) slider + side, Nashville sand (hot) and the korean one.. w mac and cheese. I haven't tried the Korean one yet but I've already decided this is one of my new favorite spots just because of how good the first sandwhich is. The bread was soft and slightly sweet. That Nashville hot was spicy for sure, it was right. It had the style of a slider w backyard style simple/fresh taste.. but it is big enough to satisfy most people.. sometimes places will kill you with the slaw but the cabbage/carrots and crisp pickles were once again sound. It's unusual, surprising and refreshing that an establishment took time to work on the details. The mac & cheese was also simple and delicious. I haven't tried the other one yet but for $15 or whatever for two sandwiches and aside is an unbelievable value.. they're open till 1am. I will make anything at home before I eat McDonald's or dominos.. it's comforting to know I can always come here, even late.. order my food on that menu, and walk out.. lol The place was clean, the same gentleman who greeted me also brought me my food, came out from behind the counter and gave it to me while I was sitting at the last table staring at my phone. Let me start by saying, DAMN! I seen this place on Instagram and it is fried chicken so I had to go check it out. So for lunch today, I showed the boss the website, he looked it over and wanted the loaded rice bowl, I decided to get the 2 piece tender and side. So I went there and order it, they told me it would be about 7 minutes because they were doing a fresh batch of chicken. I am willing to wait. I brought it back here to work and the boss grabbed his container and handed me mine. He opened his and I thought...."I should have ordered that too." Then I opened mine, WOW! One tender will normally be my go-to for this place, they were huge! I love mac-n-cheese but I had never tired theirs before so I went with the fries, they were seasoned and fresh. My wife's friend at work was raving about this place so we had to try it, upon arriving very small clean environment. I ordered the Korean chicken sandwich. My wife ordered the regular Nashville hot chicken sandwich medium her sandwich was mediocre. However, the Korean chicken was outrageous, huge piece of chicken, peppers ,coleslaw on the sandwich. There would be nothing I would change, however the sides were horrible mac & cheese seem like kraft right out of the box ,very little cheese and the lady at the counter was a low talker. Our fry bowls weren't fresh fries, you could tell it was a batch that had been sitting around for a while, was lukewarm. The Nashville loaded fries was meh in flavor. It had a strange sweetness and almost a caramelized crunch, and no spice or heat. The person that ordered the Nashville slider side was underwhelmed. At grand openings, staff or PR company usually hand out numbers as people line up before the doors open so that anyone in the back of the line doesn't waste their time standing in the heat if they're not in the first 100. Not here. Owner comes around to say "not sure you'll all make it" but then apparently according to a friend still there honored it after the 100 cutoff anyway, long after I and others gave up and left. Nice gesture, but unfair as well. Also, FTC law requires NO PURCHASE NECESSARY on contests and giveaways. read more

Then when someone calls in about it the staff is completely unprofessional rude and dismissive literally just told me to order online and hung up it makes no sense why even have a phone in store and not take orders over the phone.
