He didn't know me/I wasn't a client, but when I called, he came out to my house, found us a hot water replacement tank, was very knowledgeable when we asked him about converting to tankless, and installed the new tank on two days notice. The most amazing part . . . he installed the new tank ON A SATURDAY! I've used him 3 times since then, and I could not recommend him more. He is wonderful, very good at his trade, and most importantly in this day and age, reliable. The last time I needed his services, he came on two hours notice to fix my toilet that was rocking so it would be stable and safe for my husband, who had just had a total-knee replacement. I cannot recommend Adam enough: he is the real deal!

Immediate panic set in after a sleepless night of our tire blowing out on our boat trailer, hitting a deer, on the way and now this. So I called Adam the next morning and he got here within minutes. Although we weren't sure about the situation and very hopeless he was very genuine and wanted to help in any way he could. After checking the lines with cameras, a hot few hours in the sun, excavating the septic tank, removing the lid, fishing for keys which seemed like a needle in a haystack, and an attempt to pump it, we had given up. Although this type of fishing is not what we were expecting on our four hour trip away from home, we were finally able to pull the keys out thanks to Adam. A few tears were shed and he genuinely was willing to take less payment then what he deserved. And to think he did this all on the morning of his sons birthday. We are now able to enjoy the rest of our trip and make it back home to the city. Words don't express how grateful we are for Adam and Warren plumbing. Couldn't recommend him more. Six pretty good sized men showing up at one woman's house is definitely overkill. Six men showing up at your house would be scary to some women!!! It's surely NOT wise!!! Some of these guys could have sat in one of their trucks instead of just standing around. Anyway, 2 of the fellas - evidently worker bees - went under my house while everyone else stood around. They looked around, & saw the how the previous plumber had blocked my access to the rest of the plumbing & came out to tell their bosses. They told the Main Boss how all my plumbing was PVC pipe. He made it very plain that he wasn't pleased to hear that. He said that he doesn't like working with PVC. Maybe he doesn't do drain lines. I explained to him that I needed that one drainage line moved (rerouted,) so that it didn't block my path & I wanted the water lines wrapped for the Winter, so they wouldn't freeze. I don't think I told them that I needed the drainage lines strapped up which is another thing the previous plumber failed to do. Anyway, they didn't want to dig under the line that was blocking the access to see the rest of the plumbing behind it, so they really couldn't give me a real estimate, but the head guy said they'd do the work. I wasn't impressed! I don't do half or maybe estimates, or just hire folks NOT knowing what all is involved & how much money I am going to spend!!! So, no thank you, K&K!!!
