Requested an estimate back in October of 2023 and all was good. Then recently I needed an update to that estimate and they supposedly were doing that but then after about a week they wouldn't answer their phone or text messages. I ended up having to use a different contractor because of their laziness. So sad. read more

Value with friendly service. Disassembled, moved, and reassembled a carport. Attached awnings to an existing metal building (Custom). We will definitely keep their number and recommend them to friends. read more

He left a mess behind, Left all the AC vents on the floor in every room, never put them back up. The paint just looks messy and he kept asking for more money, never stood by his original agreed upon bid. My brother in law and my sister told him over and over from the beginning we wanted all the inside of the house painted. After he was hired and got going , He kept saying "oh you want the this painted or that painted? That's extra" it just went on and on from there about more money. He took advantage of nice people, Not good. We have dozens of pictures and witnesses to back this review. We have a lot more positive reviews than negative ones on here, but sadly some deserve negative reviews, that's why this service is here.

Got bill in mail $432.00 extra. (no communication on the additional) When I called to inquire was told it needed it and the roof was already taken off. two receipts were presented to me. one for 3 sheets of ply-wood @8:45 am. The other reciept for 8 more sheets of ply-wood @ 1:45pm. Job was done at 11:30 next day. Everyone Ive talked to states this is not normal business. The roofer was going to cut back paper and shingle to show plywood without replacing cut pieces creating more issues of leaking roof told him never mind. Will not use again and if you do better take a seat and watch whats going on.

They did an outstanding job and the more amazing thing was that when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. Every scrap of old roof, materials, supplies, etc. was meticulously cleaned up and removed from the job site. The work was professional and the team worked around our schedule which I will admit was a challenge. Steven McNutt was who I dealt with and his business style and approach and follow through is a rare find. He communicated regularly, followed up when he said he would and met all agreed upon timelines.
