After coming to view the project before Thanksgiving 2024 and committing to provide a quote, then later assuring her the remodel project was on his schedule, today, February 27, 2025, Barry decided to refuse the project. Not only did he not even have the common courtesy to call her to inform her he'd changed his mind, but he also wasted the last three months she could've been working with another contractor. Wanting to confirm what she was told he said indirectly through a third party, I called Barry. I wasn't looking for an explanation, but I was skeptical someone would conduct business in this manner, so I thought it best to verify. Surprisingly, he did answer my call, but he rudely cut me off, then hung up on me. I've worked with plenty of contractors and remodelers in multiple states. I would never recommend doing business with this type of contractor, unless you want to work with someone who doesn't do what they say, nor say what they'll do, which in my experience, is essential when managing any kind of project, especially one in your home.
