The girls that work there are all so polite and nikki is amazing. Beds are always clean. My problem is I have ms and me and heat dont get along. I was so happy to see they have a bed that sprayer out a cool mist while your tanning. I bought the most expensive package just for that bed only. Everything was fine the first few months, then the mist stop working. Took about 2 months for the part to come in. So I didn't go until it was fixed, worked twice then I could hear the sprayer but no water coming out, I was told someone didnt full the water. Now I go again and can hear the mist come on, but only a tiny bit from one middle sprayer. Its expensive and love the employee's. But I need to find another's place that has a mist that works.. read more

I changed from a place downtown to Club Sun recently and was fairly impressed until a few days ago. I had been in the hospital and diagnosed with Pancreatitis which causes excruciating pain. I'd already not been able to go up there for a number of weeks because of being hospitalized and asked if I could cancel my last month and get the $81 that they had just taken out of my account that day but they refused. So if you see a womam in tears, bent over in pain, that will be me. Because I'm going to get my $81 out of these jerks who can't have the common courtesy to let someone heal at home. read more

STAY AWAY from this scam artist. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Here are the facts: I signed up for a membership. I told the receptionist to cancel my subscription after the initial three months that they require you to sign up for, and she said "no problem." I never received an email or hard copy of the contract, nor did I ever receive an auto renew notice, invoice or statement. The owner, Alex, has stolen money out of my account for 15 months. I tried to contact him for a refund and he ignored me. read more

Charged me on the same day that I canceled which was the day I was supposed to cancel. First they would reimburse me then emailed me that I canceled at noon when I was supposed to cancel earlier. The beds don't work very well. It says walk in but you can't. So in addition it is hard to even get an appointment. Way over priced. Not many that work there really cares about customer service. You can read the most recent reviews and they are basically the same as mine. These people will rip you off and not care. So sad. read more

Wow wow wow wow wow!!! I can't emphasize enough how incredible this place is! It's so clean, so cute, trendy, and the machines are amazing! Debbie the new owner has turned this place into gold ! I used the double bed, and it played relaxing music, kept me cool, and had a mister?! What world am Iiving in because for MT this is high tech! I definitely recommend coming here. Debbie also gave me a bottle of water when I was done CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE IS HER NUMBER ONE PRIORITY and I can say she knocked this one out of the park for me! Let's start by saying that the customer service is mediocre at best. I had made an online appointment and when I got there it was nowhere to be found. I was told I could use a bed but only for 10 minutes max instead of my usual 12. When I got into the bed none of the upper lights worked. I was already in it and short for time so I just did the roll over & over & over motions. I had told the girl after & she did not believe me. I made another appointment that next day stating I did not want that bed. She then charged me for the stand up bed. Honestly I felt it should've been comped. To my surprise as I was driving away she actually charged me twice for the tan upgrade. When I walked back in to ask her to reverse the charge she was clueless on how to do so. She told me someone would handle it. I'm going to finish out my tans and move to radiance tanning salon. I do not recommend this place I felt like I was a bother to them. Did not feel welcomed at all. If you're willing to refund me for the last 5 tans I have I'll happily never return. read more

Absolutely outstanding service and incredible beds. Debbie will more than take care of you as her client and make you feel comfortable and welcome each time you stop by. Consistently friendly and accommodating to my random stop-ins! I'm a relatively new client at Club Sun, I've been tanning there for about 6-8 weeks and only wished I had joined sooner. I have been a member at another local salon in the valley, but truly am happiest as a member of Club Sun. A friend of mine turned me this direction after we were members of another Salon whereas she later began going to Club Sun and both agree we get better, longer lasting tans with Debbie's beds. I was very happy with this salon for about 6 months. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, when I was going to be out of town for a prolonged period, I asked them to hold my membership for the 6 month maximum. They said they would, but when I went to start it up again, I found out they hadn't. I was told to email the owner, Alex, which I did. He was terrible about responding in a timely manner, and ultimately wouldn't even credit my account going forward to keep me as a loyal, regular customer. Club Sun is hands down the BEST tanning salon I've ever visited. It's sparkling clean, bright and airy with charming décor. The beds are comfy with hot bulbs, adjustable fans and music piped in. Two stars - Meh, I've experienced better Lets start with the positive. The gal at the front desk is super nice. She remembers my name and my bed after only two visits. She helped me get a nice tan before an upcoming vacation, and I didn't get burnt. The facilities are not what you would expect for the price you are paying at this establishment. The little finishing touches just aren't there. The rooms aren't small, but they aren't particularly spacious either. There wasn't a nice place for me to hang my clothes while I tanned. I ended up leaving them on the floor. Not a huge deal, but for the price you pay here I would expect more. The towels they provide are various in size and quality. The first time I went I got one that had more holes then towel (see other members photo). The next trip I got a small wash cloth instead of a towel. This is a business that will try to up sell you every step of the way. Buy this lotion, buy this package, try this more expensive bed. I realize this is good business practice for them, but as a consumer be aware. Overall my experience was OK. I got a nice tan in a short amount of time. The gal at the desk was really nice, and I didn't get a sunburn. I have experienced better, cleaner salons in other areas. I will certainly return here, but I will be keeping a closer eye out for coupons. This place is not cheap! read more

I had been a loyal customer with Club Sun for two years. I notified them that I was going to be in California for a travel nursing assignment for a prolonged period of time and to hold my account for 6 months. They agreed that it would be put on hold. It wasn't until I was reviewing my bank statements that I realized Club Sun had only put my account on hold for three months. I had been charged $219 without my knowing or authorization, for services I was not utilizing. When I contacted Alex Weinstein and explained the situation, he was argumentative and refused to refund me, stating it was not Club Suns fault. I went into the situation assuming the miscommunication would be resolved and I would be refunded fully. I cannot believe this is how a loyal customer, member of their community, and healthcare professional was treated by this business, and its owner. We came in to Club Sun late July to get ready for a late summer cruise. Having no real knowledge of what bed to use, how long, how often, etc, Debi was invaluable in creating a plan that resolved 10 years of farmer tan in under a month. The beds were great, full face bulbs, and fans to keep you from really getting hot. Most of the time, I wished the timer would keep going - but the goal was to be patient and not burn. The facilities were great. Super clean, and the owners are both exceptionally friendly every single visit. As for the prices, I can't compare - because I haven't been anywhere else. What I can say is that I always felt bad accepting a free bottle of water as I left. With their monthly special, my tans cost about $3 each - with a free water at the end, I felt like I was stealing from them :) We will definitely be back. read more

Club Sun is the place to be! The new owners are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. And the salon is meticulously kept. I've been trying out their new, red light therapy bed and am comso happy with the results. I've struggled with stubborn eczema for most of my life. After only a few sessions in the red light bed, I'm so happy to say it is almost completely gone! I'm also enjoying a smoother and tighter texture in my skin overall. I will definitely be using this, long term, to enjoy both the restorative and preventative benefits! read more

The quality and cleanliness of this place makes it not worth the money. I tried this place out because of its location. However I was sadly disappointed! The service is stellar at the beginning... and then you're on your own after they've got your money. I tried calling the manager to get a refund after my experience and would never get a call back. The rooms are poorly equipped and cleaned. I even took pictures of the beds because of the amount of hair you could see; thankfully it was below the plastic, but you can tell they don't clean the beds when they change bulbs. The floors were another story, they were barely swept let alone cleaned. If I could post pictures I would! ...I might try on TripAdvisor. Like the other review, they don't provide anything to hang or set your clothes on. I was left with leaving my clothes on the filthy floor as well -disgusting! In regards to the quality of the beds. My tan sucked, and this was with a new lotion and upgraded bed I bought due to their sales pitch and going several times a week. read more

Horrible customer service, lied about the bulbs getting changed on the most expensive bed they have when I specifically asked how much they change them, purchased a package for my mom's birthday as well, was told it wouldn't start til she started it and it was going the whole time before I gave it to her, had to complain and they fixed it, but from day one I was complaining about bulbs being out and they never fixed them, I had surgery and was out for six weeks, they said my account was frozen but then tried to give me a week less than what my package should have been frozen on. When my mom finally went to tan, the first time she went in they STILL had the bulbs out she tanned once and was dissatisfied and said she wanted to wait til they fixed the bulbs that had been out for that long, and they let her month expire and never fixed the bulbs til the middle of August, when I purchased our packages in June. The manager who just gave me the run around all the time thought the fair thing was to give me the 13 days on my package, when the whole package should have been replaced since I was complaining since day one about the bulbs being out and make excuses about the reasoning for the bulbs and say they were waiting for them to come in which is a lie it doesn't take almost 2 months to get parts. They also said they would call me back about my mother's package and never to date called back. Very unsatisfied with this company and would NEVER recommend anyone here and my mom has been a customer for 6 years, she will never go back as well. They never solved ANYTHING. read more
