There were 2 locations we went to regularly. They dropped 1 and now at the 2nd location our trainer quit. We haven't heard anything about another leader coming or not. We have a group of very loyal, longtime members running it ourselves with virtual workouts which we could be paying much less if we just had virtual memberships). It doesn't seem like they care about retention of trainers or long term campers! And I guess they don't want to hear from us bc cannot get thru to anyone on their website chat or by phone. I go to the 8:30 am class three times a week. It has been the most brutally amazing experience I've ever had. I don't think it's for everyone, just like running isn't for everyone but you've got to try it out for yourself. All I can say is, that my coach has kept me from hurting myself by training me with proper form and scaling things down to my level of fitness so I can accomplish the workout and reach my goals. I am also encouraged and challenged by all the amazing people who go there. This Crossfit Box is a perfect example of why Crossfit, worldwide, is the best sport to watch and be involved in.
