Genuinely love this place, it has been my second home since 2022. The instructors and receptionists are incredible, the studio is consistently clean and kept up on, and I always feel refreshed when I leave. I can have a hard day, and the instructors and receptionists there really put a smile on my face and make my days better, along with the people that workout there. I really really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a place I could go to both in Michigan and in Boston so this seemed very promising. As soon as I signed up for the intro course I received a lot of helpful texts and a phone call. Everything was great up until the moment I arrived. The class started at 3 PM and I showed up at 2:55. I was wrapping up work call. I walked right in and, the receptionist or the girl upfront treated me so poorly and made me feel like I was late but in fact I showed up on time and the class was not delayed. The class was actually great and the location manager was actually really nice as well but the front desk girl ruined everything for me. The way she rolled her eyes at me when I didn't buy the socks from them because I had a pair in my car because she was annoyed that I was three minutes early and not 25 minutes early. It sucks I really wanted to sign up but I'm not paying money to have a girl have an attitude and be rude to me. I actually don't give a if I'm late (which I wasn't), maybe tell me nicely I can't even join the class, but do not roll your eyes at me and do not be a jerk. Best part: they called to ask me how I was doing, and if I'd like to sign up and it probably was the girl from the front desk that I told was being rude to me and instead of saying, oh my God, I am so sorry you felt that way she said OK bye and hung up lol UPDATE: I really want to do Pilates so I called solidcore down the street and the girl was soooooo nice and helpful! I've done research so hear me out. First off if your core is trash Pilates is your friend not sit ups! Pilates is low-impact as well as it takes time just like anything to see results. I've went to 4 other Pilates joints. This is a franchise is rather new to Michigan but not to the west coast. So make sure you pick a location nearest to you. More are coming just be patient. The instructors are so NICE! They understand that everyone has their own pace. They will come by and adjust you as they see fit per your safety. It's clean, wiping down all the objects you touch after every class. There are levels from 1- 2.5 (foundation - mastery) The equipment is modern and up to date with the best of the Pilate joints. They have personal sessions & semi personal session! Yes they have a Cadillac! I think the price points are pretty reasonable here versus other places. If you are a beginner I say start here, if you are a pro at this go to a place that has more levels or more challenging classes. I recommend personally skipping out on the free intro class... I know it's free but it's not really informational honestly. After taking it I was still lost in my next class and the one after that. A personal session really kick started my gears! I really enjoy the studio! The instructors are good, some are excellent! The clients/ people are all very normal. No one is neurotic and gets Territorial about "their" reformer. Even when there's a wait list, I almost always get into a class I want, unlike the Troy studio. In summary, relaxed, friendly and a great work out. When I do Pilates at least twice a week, my back and core stay strong and healthy at middle-age! highly recommend. The eight classes a month for $99 is a great value. read more

Amazing and fun!! It's great for stretching and core for me!!! All instructors are challenging and modify if needed.

Classes are okay. Some of the instructors are rude. Amber is great but the classes get pretty repetitive. The real problem with this place is their scheduling. If you don't book out, you will have to get on the waitlist. But you can't book until your monthly amount hits your account (when they run your card), and by that time, you wouldn't be able to find anything that week. So basically, you would be skipping a week. Their only way around this is for you to buy their unlimited package, which is extremely unethically to push something like this on your customers just so they don't have to worry about scheduling classes. I have emails to prove this as well. My friend and I cancelled our memberships for this exact reason. Their customer service really isn't that great either. My last class had to be used by 12/12 but I can't use it by then because I just found out my mom has cancer and I have appointments for the Monday and Tuesday. They can't extend it until after the 12th but then the class I wanted to do this next week will be full. It's just ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. If you don't give a crap about having a schedule and staying consistent then maybe this is for you. But for people that are serious about staying consistent with our health/fitness journey, this place is not for you. I'm letting my last class go because I just don't care to go back and forth with this company anymore. I'll never be back to this place. read more

UPDATE: I came back for a regular class and really enjoyed it. I felt like I got a good core workout. I still don't think the introduction class is a good snapshot of the real experience, but I would definitely come back for another regular class. Barb, who taught my class, is a teacher in her day job and it really shows. She was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also forgot to mention that the facility is very neat and clean. I was pleased when we were given wipes to clean the equipment after our session. This didn't happen before. I also inquired how often the straps get washed and was told it varies, but usually once a month. I think it would be worth investing in a personal set if you were to do this regularly. read more

Great Workout! I was a bit skeptical to try club pilates because I had practiced Classical Pilates for 3 years. While it is very different from Clasical, that is not a bad thing. The workouts are always varied, the instructors are fantastic, and the times and options work with my schedule. There can be up to 12 people in a class, so you may not get the individualized attention that you would in a typical pilates class. I really like the TRX and Barre style exercises that are often a part of the classes. read more
