I then saw that they had me set up for monthly recurring payments on their app and when I told them that this isn't supposed to be a recurring payment they told me I signed a contract. I did give my electronic signature for waiver but I never agreed to be charged monthly and now they want me to pay more money to cancel the membership I never signed up for. They told me what I wanted to hear in order to get my card information and now they are saying I have to pay more money in order for them to stop charging me.

Not only is Shanley a wonderful human being, but she is an amazing teacher, with great attentions to detail (which is so, so important in Pilates), and with a capacity for motivating others that I have rarely seen. I worked with her individually and in all the classes that she is offering, including spinning which is one of the things that I said I would never do in my life. Well, Shanley will get you do things that you said would never do. I am not going to dwell on describing the benefits of Pilates - I am assuming that if you are interested in it, you know what miracles it does for your body. My recommendation is to start with a few private classes and until you get the gist of it and then start with groups. I love the ladies that I are taking classes there as well.

The employees are very kind and helpful and answer all your questions. From what I could see they only had 1 studio for workouts which was a decent size and the matting was comfortable too. Tolhe workout was a nice slow burn, it wasn't as bad as intense cardio but its definitely not a mild workout so be ready for sore muscles at the end!
