Cocoa, known for his enthusiasm and energy, responds well to commands such as "sit," "wait," and "with me," receiving treats as rewards for obedience. This positive reinforcement has strengthened their relationship and enhanced Cocoa's behavior on walks. Cocoa delights in snow activities like making snow angels and playing "find the treat," which further deepens his connection with Raina. These playful interactions bring joy to their time together, although Cocoa is still learning more complex tricks like "spin." Despite this, his improvements, especially in walking calmly and staying close to Raina, make Raina proud of his development. The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to! I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby. I highly recommend Janice and Murray and WPS. They have fair prices and they care very deeply.
