Not sure what their intentions were, but steam does not fix rips. We sent photos of more rips and was determined by the manufacturer as a defect. Took a few weeks which is understandable to get an replacement, but a replacement couch was sent. Here we are again with a new couch with the same rips. Now we are being told that the rips were caused by our dog. 1st off my dogs are perimeter guard dogs and never enter the house. Again, same rips as the original couch and now they want to blame on dogs!!! This company was recommended as a local business that stand behind their product which we found out first hand is NOT true. DO NOT BUY FROM MYERS GOODS HOME & DECOR. I gave them an opportunity to keep their name untarnished, but just dismissing clear manufacture defects and blaming animals is not ok. Do they want to blame my bearded dragon and turtles too?!?! If this store isn't full of the friendliest people on earth, I don't know what to say…read more It's farmhouse-not exactly our esthetic but we popped in and found a super bubbly and friendly salesperson who walked us through the store and talked about their design services. She introduced us to the furniture designers/creators and we got to see some live work in progress-they were also friendly and awesome! I have a small custom project and this will be my first place to discuss it once I've firmed it up a bit more. What a refreshing experience!!
