I LOVE this boutique…read more This effortlessly sophisticated shop is what my dream summer wardrobe looks like. It's full of beautiful hand beaded caftans and dresses. And has great sandals all flat, from gladiators to t-straps and perfectly low key but some have just enough sparkle to dress up a night time look. The store is owned by a local transplant from Italy Sabrina Crippa. She also designs the TAJ by Sabrina line which is sold along with some of the most popular and feminine boutique labels around. The staff here is charming and helpful and they fit in perfectly with the store's casually elegant vibe. This store is great for finding that perfect dress or cover-up to wear to all those posh parties from pool decks on rooftops to penthouses with ocean views. And actually the house brand TAJ by Sabrina is sold at all jet set hot spots around the world from St. Tropez to St. Barths but Miami is home to this hotness. ;)

She is a hard worker and a sweetheart. As for the quality of the leggings, they are wonderful. Super fun prints, and truly comfortable and functional material. I do anything from yoga to Zumba to weights, and these leggings hold up and hold in. She's also VERY reasonably priced. Love them.

My daughter found a swimsuit she really liked, but at first she decided not to buy it. We continued shopping elsewhere, hoping to find something even better, but nothing compared. The sales lady was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made us feel welcome and never pressured us, which we really appreciated. BEWARE!! They sell clothes you can get from online stores. The dresses are the same and very cheap…read morematerial. My friends made me realize the orange romper I got from this store is from SHEIN. I decided to buy the romper myself from SHEIN to make the comparison...and it's identical. The exact dress was going for $14 on SHEIN and it was sold to me for $95. I went to return my dress because the string up top was broken. They sell for quadruple the price and you can't do any returns as they don't give refunds. You only have 3 days to even ask for an exchange. I am still very upset. I feel scammed and they were very defensive when I went to do the return. I had no choice but to get the same dress in another color as they only offered store credit or the same dress. I didn't see the disclosure as my receipt was sent via text. No paper receipt offered. I asked if I can return when I first bought it and I was told yes.. thats on me for believing. As I tried on the other dress ( the one I would exchange the other dress for) the dress actually broke because the material is so cheap. One of the owners saw and said nothing. I wanted to cry because I was scammed and couldn't do anything about it. I liked nothing else from the store. They just gave me the same dress from the back as that one had broken. My birthday is this weekend so I bought it for the occasion. I paid $95 when I could of gone online and paid only $14 or less. It's not ok to sell such cheap material at quadruple price. I understand they have to profit but this is absurd and with such cheap material. Hoping they aren't just buying from SHEIN and changing the labels. They state they design the dresses

My experience with Massimo Roma's alterations for my wedding tuxedo was deeply disappointing…read more Despite paying a premium for proximity, the service fell short. Initially promised in under three weeks, the alterations dragged on for over a month. Shockingly, the seemingly simple task of shortening the jacket sleeves proved insurmountable for them, despite multiple attempts. Paolo, the staff member assisting me, appeared indifferent to the errors and offered no viable solutions. During one visit, a staff member, dismissive of my concerns, insisted the alterations had been completed correctly, despite clear evidence to the contrary- he even said my brand new shirt must have uneven sleeves. Communication was abysmal, with no clear pickup dates provided. It was only after numerous reminders that I managed to set a deadline. For such a crucial occasion, the lack of attention to detail and customer service was utterly unacceptable. I cannot in good faith recommend this business, especially to fellow members of the military, law enforcement, or the local community, given their inability to handle even the simplest alterations with competence and professionalism. As you read the response from the vendor below, he does not apologize for the rude behavior nor does he address the mistake in the sleeve shortening they made 3x. After the first week he said almost two weeks to fix, I returned and the issue persisted, and then two more weeks to fix the mistake. This is sleeve shortening. A proper tailor would not take two weeks to make that alteration. Additionally, for a grooms tuxedo, I would think that would constitute faster/better service as it would be used for our upcoming nuptials. I stand by my one star rating for all those who read this. My criticism isn't personal, it is based on facts that the business is aware of and no customer would stand for if they received bad service as I have noted.
