To cut a long & laborious story short, I requested a replacement or refund, was promised one, which was then retracted by the same person (a Director of the company!) after whining Why should I should refund this woman? to a colleague when she thought I was on hold. The only excuse I was given for this was that I must be lying!! I wonder why are certain Dragon pulled out from investing in this shoddy company?! Run, don't walk!
