We moved the salt and pepper menu holder to make room on the table and some non-descript small glass object feel off the table that was hidden in the menu holder and shattered on the floor. We were unable to identify what exactly the small glass object was. We informed the server there was some broken glass on the floor to which they never cleaned up after they mentioned they would sweep. There were at least 5 tables in the restaurant full of dirty dishes during our entire visit. The floors did not appear to had been swept in hours. There was plenty of restaurant staff just standing around not doing very much. On the plus side; the food order came out correctly and was properly prepared. Kudos to the kitchen staff minus the dirty appetizer tray. However, a secret shopper would have had a field day with management pertaining to the front of the house. In conclusion, the service was a little slow on what appeared to be a slower Friday night. The dining room was filthy and unkept. The staff were unmotivated and performing minimal job duties. This all falls on management. It was clear management was uninterested in properly managing this location and I found it to be embarrassing to the Buffalo Wild Wings brand.
