First time here. I wasn't sure what to expect. There are many outdoor venders. I lucked out at the first one I stopped at. I scored a Marc Jacobs foundation New in Box for only 5$ !! Next I found some vintage toys that took me back to my childhood. I restrained myself and only got 6 Mattel toddler Barbie dolls for $10. Same guy was selling some Fisher Price, I was tempted, but the condition was just a bit rough and the price was more than I wanted to pay. Walked around some more and saw everything from fresh produce & flowers to dirty tools, candy, shoes & safety vests a plenty. Lots of booths that had vintage items that could have used some cleaning. I'm sure that sales would have been up if they had just put in that extra bit of effort. Lots of trading cards if you are into that type of thing. More then likely they have been cherry picked for anything valuable already. Plenty of items I have seen online from websites like Allyexpress & Temu. For example the turn your finger green in no time rings! I was actually looking for some sterling silver rings. In one of the indoor locations I found a lady named Julie who had a large lovely booth of high quality jewelry. Beautifully displayed. Tons of selection of sterling silver rings! I was so excited. She was so very nice and went out of her way to help me. She had an excellent selection and the prices were really fair. I ended up buying 4 rings and I will return to buy more. I was visiting family in Langley and my auntie said I need some plants for my garden and she wanted to check out this flea market in Cloverdale. I said, sure! $1.50 entrance. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but I eventually found a spot. Has several food trucks. Outside has plenty of plants for sale for cheap, cheaper than regular nursery & garden stores. I like looking through different vendors and seeing all they offer. Lots of useless things. But also lots of treasures. Fun Sunday afternoon, came home with several plans. read more

A good place to buy plants, fruits or vegies. Decent size flea market. Parking can be a bit of an issues, but once you're there, it's easy to spend a couple of hours wandering and bartering for something you may have been looking for. Good to find tools (some previously owned), and other treasures at reduced prices. read more

Again with a not so good update...so I go to buy a Himalayan Salt rock that charges via usb for a fair price of $5 as marked on the actual unit and the cantankerous lady vendor aggressively states 'No way' that changes colour and she demands a ridiculous price on an item u can buy brand new from 'Amy's Liquidation' for $11 and the unit at Amy's is a much larger salt lamp...pfft...I tire of the vendors who think they r retailers and just plain rude to boot. So disappointed that the odd greedy vendor ruins the entire 'swap meet' vibe. Just plain bad karma lady...u r not a retailer unless u issue a reciept and a warranty....oh w8 ...that would be a store. Get it? So rude and so unabashedly greedy and mean. Wow,...just wow. Js. Maybe it's time to just go to the old school true 'swap meet' in Abbotsford. This is the biggest one in the Lower Mainland. That doesn't mean it's good. Then again, most flea markets are just a bunch of dealers selling either: * dollar store items (for $2-5) * stolen goods * designer knockoffs * all of the above This one doesn't distinguish itself from any others. There are very few vendors who are just doing some housecleaning and have old and interesting stuff to sell. In the summer, there's a lot of room for tables outside, usually 10-12 rows of tables plus 2 buildings of indoor tables. In the rainy season, it shrinks down to just the buildings. There's a decent amount of parking but sucks in the rain because it's not paved so you end up trudging through a field of mud. About the only thing I ever buy when I come here is some produce from the farmers who show up. read more

not super big but I was surprised at how much good stuff they had. tons of dewalt tools (I wonder where they get them from?) and lots of other good items only $1.50 CDN to get in and I got several great deals like a DVD set that was worth $30 for only $4 ! and other neat stuff too !! read more

We ve been coming here for years. I guess its just an average type of flea market if you like flea markets. When the weather is nice its very crowded. When the weather is lousy I feel bad for the vendors. Its an ok place to waste a couple of hours. You may find deals on plants, fruits & vegetables when they are in season but other than that youll find low quality junk at beware of what youre buying prices. I guess its better than the Vancouver flea market as I havent seen a police raid for knock off items here. Also at times its been busy I stand close to my wife in case somebody wants to purse snatch or grope but that hasnt happened so far. read more

Although the vendors are super nice and the parking guys are very nice and doing the best they can the manager has a lot left to be desired. After waiting for a parking spot today on Easter Sunday vehicle came up behind us and took the spot we were after I told the gentleman he was very rude and he asked why and then the manager came over and told me that there's parking on the other side and I said we've been waiting for this one and he said you are not allowed to park here and we asked if he was going to tell them to move he said no he then proceeded to meet us on the other side and being rude to us talking to my daughter and when my daughter tried to respond he ignored her and turned away from her And then told me that I am acting entitled if I'm acting entitled it's because I believe I am entitled I'm entitled to be treated with the same respect he treats anybody else . When I asked him to give me his name he refused to give me his name he said I could look it up then I watch them allow the following car at BMW to park in the handicapped. And then he told me and my daughter we were not allowed to come into the fleamarket what big surprise he wasn't our first choice to go to today he was just the consolation journey My experience with this arrogant person, if you are female, expect no respect. read more
