There was a very nice gentleman working the entrance booth who basically keyed it all in for me even though there look to be a self service kiosk. But hey I'll take the extra service from a human! I paid $14 for a car wash with tire shine. The tire shine happened while driving through the car wash and I can't say it was a noticeable tire shine but they looked cleaner. So a basic car was at the time of this posting is $9 and it does the job but customer service was 10/10!

I did a good amount of research before picking a place and Kannapolis Auto Spa seemed like the A) most economical option B) best option for a non-chain. In addition to offering a $7 wash-and-go option, which I believe is likely one of the cheapest options in the area, for a no-frills wash--they also offer free vacuums (which is fairly common) but additionally (and this was the differentiator for me) they have bottles of interior cleaner and glass cleaner with rags that you can use to take your car to the next level while vacuuming your ride. It's an amazing perk, and something that most car washes would charge extra for. So for $7 you can get a basic wash, access to the vacs, and also access to accessories/rags that will take the interior of your car to the next level. Get your car washed here--you won't regret it.

They admitted that they were responsible for the damage but did not have any money or business insurance to replace them. They agreed to make payments to me (with a signed contract) totaling $1297. They cannot even make a $300 bi-weekly payment. Well, I have only recieved $300 and they are currently $600 past due. After, several calls, texts, and the many excuses, I am tired and frustrated. This company has poor business practices and cannot afford financially the mistakes of their employees. Filing a grievance with the BBB for damages to my car.

This was supposed to be a simple tint job on our beach car, but it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had--especially since moving to the area. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, Chris (the tech) was visibly on edge: drenched in sweat, talking a mile a minute, and already rude. When an issue came up with the rear window, instead of communicating clearly or explaining, he immediately became defensive and started backtracking. When we returned to pick up the car, things escalated badly. Chris completely lost it. He threw window tint film at us, repeatedly approached us aggressively, screamed obscenities, and yelled things like "I used to be a Marine--you don't know who you're f***ing with" directly at my wife. He kept closing the distance on her despite multiple people telling him to back off, and only retreated inside after being confronted repeatedly. Even as we were driving away, he was still yelling from the doorway. I contacted Mike (the owner) immediately. Instead of addressing the assaultive and threatening behavior, releasing any security footage, he brushed it off as a "misunderstanding" about the tint job and made excuses for Chris. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a genuinely unsafe environment. I will never return and strongly advise anyone--especially anyone bringing family--to avoid this place entirely. 0/10
