Realized yet again how we find good things outside our comfort zones and to try new things. This place is awesome. They have a public smoking area and also a member's only lounge. The public area was full so we tried the member's lounge. Awesome! Clean, great Rabbit air filters and powerful a/c to keep the lounge most comfortable even in the dead of a humid and hot summer. Member lockers were classy. The coffee and small wet bar/kitchen area was clean and fully functional. Lounge chairs and tables were great, with lots of clean ash trays and wooden matches. The store has an awesome antique lighter that you have to see to experience. Cigar selection was good. I usually look for in-house or local hand rolled sticks, but this place had Martinez sticks made in NY. It was a big selection of them, but my like for torpedoes narrowed my selection. A great smoke! Perfect burn and ash buildup. Will definitely return!

I purchased a very expensive product that is $107 for a bottle that contains 10 individual items. I bought 2 and went on my way. When I got home I opened 1 bottle and realized it only had 8 items. I'm a very regular customer and have purchased many of these from this store. So back in the car and returned to the store only to be met with an aggressive and angry judgemental woman. She accused me of trying to con the store and called the owner. He told her to refund me $20 and I'm not sure what else he was saying. When shared the math with her she became very defensive and angry. Now even though the difference was minimal because I was treated so rudely I wanted the difference. I was then told to get the f$&k out of the store and was told very loudly that I was a drug addict and a piece of s$&t. This from a store with a sign on the front door that says they were selling weed illegally. This from a store that sells many different kinds of mind altering substances. Never in my many years on the planet, have I been treated so poorly by a store that I spend ALOT of money. I only tolerated running into her at this store because there's a guy that's works there that is always pleasant and helpful. I think it's safe to say that I visited this store for the last time. My advice to anyone looking for products they sell would be to look elsewhere. That's of course if you don't want to be treated in the most awful manner when YOU get cheated by the employees and owner of this incredibly rude business. It was pretty good considering I didnt have to order it online and it wasn't to expensive. I bought 5 red bali caps and 5 extra strength horned caps. I tryed to the red bali first, suppossivley the weaker of the took. I took about 3 grams which is equal to 3 caps. I definetly felt the effects, and it taste like legit kratom taste(which is gross, but ive done worse). I was mildly effected, which is typical, with a slight euphoric high, simliar to when you drink caffeine after being off it for a couple days, or a first time drinker. I heard people leave bad comments about the kratom here, they probably are afraid the kratom will sell out and they wont get enough, is my speculation. Its pretty a solid find, considering you could order online and wait a week and just get ripped on weak stuff. Anyways, I have yet to try the stronger stuff, ill keep you posted.

Plop your self on one of their couches in the back area and enjoy your smoke. The prices might be a bit high but if it is a good cigar that does not matter to me. This has become one of my favorite hangs in the area. The staff and everyone I have met their has been super friendly. It really is a "great" cigar shop. I don't smoke a cigar too often but if you drop by you will probably see me blah, blah, blahing away here. Just ask my Yelp buddy Steve N. He has listened to me blah blah here plenty of times.
