I was immediately greeted by Bryant who was finishing up with another customer. His knowledge and experience with newest and best product available was impressive. I bought this product in Charlotte NC, I live in South Carolina. As soon as I went to open the roll on bottle the roller came off oil waisted every where. I paid over 100 dollars for this product 2500mg and did not get to use it because of this issue. I wanted to drive back Charlotte to see If I could get my money back, but that would have cost more money than the product. read more

Oh boy get ready for this one. I've been in this store to look around multiple times. I've never had any issues with the staff and even bought some CBD chocolate. All CBD products are 18+ and because I'm 20 I didn't think it'd be an issue for me to go in with a friend (who's 23). As soon as we walked in the employee asked us if we were over 21, my friend said yea and I said no. She said I wasn't allowed to come in because of my age and I was confused because this was never an issue before. I told her that I thought the CBD products were 18+ and that I had even purchased CBD products from this store before but it didn't matter to her. She was rude while saying this to me, but I figured it wasn't worth the fight and went to wait outside. I then notice the THREE DIFFERENT SIGNS saying 18+ on the windows of the store. I point this out to her and she takes a big, exasperated sigh. "Fine whatever- buy whatever you want, but I'll need to follow you around to make sure you're following all our rules" she said. So I went to go look at the chocolate. She then says extremely loudly to *another customer* that she has cancer and doesn't want to have to deal with ungrateful self centered kids who just want to get high. At this point I'm just waiting for my friend to finish checking out when she turns to my friend and goes "honey you're welcome back here anytime- your friend is not welcome back. She was rude enough for the both of you and it's not my job to deal with rowdy kids. I have cancer and I can't be dealing with this negative energy." Now I don't have cancer, I'm very lucky to be healthy, but it's not only unprofessional but also inappropriate for an employee to be trying to guilt trip customers for simply wanting to come in the store. Her health had nothing to do with our situation, and it was very obvious she just brought it up to try and make my friend and I feel bad for her. So to recap, she wouldn't allow me in because she said I had to be 21. I point out the 18+ sign and she then allows me to come in but follows me around the store. Then loudly implies to a customer I'm only in there to get high, and that it's not her job to deal with kids (I'm 20 if you forgot). There are so many ways she could've handled this better, but at every turn she chose the worst possible option to try and give me and my friend the worst customer service we've ever experienced. And she succeeded, we're never going back. read more
