The driver left at 2:20 pm and picked up the shirts right at 3:05 pm. According to Apple Maps, the vendor was a 46 minute drive away. I receive a text from the driver at 4:27 pm letting me know they had just caught a flat. I was curious since this was 30 minutes after they should have arrived. They assured me they were on the way. I asked how far they were and they said they were 25 minutes away. How is this possible when we're already 30 minutes PAST the time they should have arrived? I contacted what I assumed was customer service to ask this question and was asked "Is there not traffic in Houston on a Friday? Or period?" GPS includes traffic in the arrival time. You expect me to believe the GPS time is off by an hour? I called the driver to ask where he was so I could meet him and get my items from him. It is now 5:31 pm and I am still waiting on him to arrive to the spot HE chose to meet at and said he could be here at 5:15. NEVER AGAIN

From how I like my coffee, where supplies are located, my use of a transfer board to get in and out of my wheelchair, etc. By keeping those notes it would allow her to update any of the care givers (or herself) to come and they'd know exactly what was required. I can't tell you how many times other service companies I used would send someone different out and I'd spend most of the allotted time telling them what was needed and then repeat the next day when another new person showed up.
