When I contacted them they never really answer the phone it just goes straight to voicemail. they called me back and said they found the emblem and asked me to drive back to get it. Came back thinking it should be fine to place it back on but it was already cracked almost halfway. I spoke in person with their "manager", Anthony, and said they don't go through the whole insurance process since they were bought by another company after I said I have to file a claim. But they have "damage claims" that they file and he mentioned that they will pay and reimburse me with the damages and that their "FAST 1-3 business days" staff will reach out to me. When they called while I was at work, they don't even bother leaving a voicemail at all to keep me updated. I called back over and over, no response or anything from them. Such an unprofessional place and they fail to respond to issues from their customers.

After I vacuumed my entire car, my lazy self decided to skip the self-wash and try Touch-free. I did the $8 Deluxe wash, and pulled in. The wash was pretty extensive, and looked like it did a good job from the inside. I got out to inspect it for damage, when I noticed there was residue left! What a bummer. I'll continue to come for the vacuums, but I'll be doing the self-wash from now on.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. When he showed up for the appointment, he was trying to talk me into the up charge before he even looked at the interior of my car. He backed off when I told him I only want the basic $179 detail and said he would do the 90 minute $179 interior detail. About 45 minutes into detailing my car, he texted me that he was going to charge me for $215 to clean and $65 additional charge for a total of $295 for stain issues and excessive debris. I don't know where he pulled those numbers out of (which is more than what an exterior and interior detailing is on his site and I wasn't even having my exterior or trunk cleaned) and the numbers don't even total to $295. When I saw his text message, I told him to stop cleaning and that I didn't agree to that and I only wanted the $179 basic cleaning. He said he didn't know how to do that. He then finally said he would only charge me $179, but then sent me a link to pay $215 (including my $50 deposit). I paid and he refunded me $36 about 15 minutes later of his own volition. He is a total scam artist. He is not using professional/commercial grade tools. He is not a professional whatsoever. He lost his phone in my car. He came an hour late to the appointment. You can do a better job using the free vacuum and spray at a car wash.
