We were looking for a place to get some work done in between our commute. I remember going to to Cloud Tea awhile back and enjoyed it so we went back. We Ordered the Mango Milk Tea Large to share. It was amazing with the cloud cap. The tea was fragrant and the drink was not too sweet, just the way I like it. Service was quick, and they'll re-make your drink for you if you don't enjoy it, which is a plus. Simple cafe, seating area, decent for studying. Definitely would order this again it's become a favorite!

Love coming here for a late night boba run. Service is quick and easy. Very calm atmosphere and attentive workers. Inside is very simple and straight to the point, but the drinks are phenomenal. We always come here for our strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the consistency is always there!

Easy five stars. Drinks are tasty. Boba has a good chew. Reg and large sizes very reasonable ($3.25 to $5.00). Toppings are only 50 cents and a substitute milk (almond/soy) is only 25 cents. You can hangout at their tables if you wish. Would come again.

Absolutely loved our drinks! This was our first time trying Cloud Tea but we decided to order drinks that we would get from our usual spot and we both liked the drinks at Cloud Tea better. I honestly wish this place was closer to me so I can make it my usual spot. We got the peach green tea and Thai iced tea. Service was great! We were greeted immediately and got our drinks right away. In regards to ambiance, we were the only ones in there and we decided to take our drinks to go but they did have plenty of tables and chairs where people can hangout.

I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more!

Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :)

$5 for a large?! Yes please! Normally my go to is brown sugar milk tea but this place has a mango milk tea and it is SO REFRESHING! Especially in this hot Vegas weather. I think I need to order another to go before we leave... XOXO to Cloud Tea :-)

Good boba place that's open later than others! The tea had a nice strong flavor to it and the boba was a nice consistency with some sweetness to it as well. The shop is nice and has plenty of seating! My only complaint is that when we went in recently the shop felt super humid and sticky, even sitting waiting for drinks was too much. Can't imagine what it's like for the workers!

This place has really amazing boba smoothies! They don't have that artificially sweetened taste that most places have! They're smoothies are really creamy and not overbearingly sweet. The environment is reallly calming and quiet. This is a really good place to study! They have soft music and it's peaceful. Would recommend! read more

Tried this establishment a month ago... Now I'm hooked. The bubble (boba) teas are exceptional. I've had others, but their boba is served warm and fresh, it makes a difference. You can taste the quality of the tea, I got the strawberry green tea. It's sweet but it doesn't taste artificial and most places the sweetness overpowers the flavor of the tea but here it's perfect. It's probably one of the best teas from all the other coffee/tea places I've been to. Plus the price was great less than $2.90something for 16oz. Perfect work/study spot bc it's not busy enough where it's distracting and plenty of seating. It's a perfect whole in the wall vibe. Where it looks eh but the quality of their teas are better than most popular places who attract ppl with their cute, "photo perfect" interior designs rather than the drinks they sell for business. read more

Really nice place. It's a low-key spot which deserves more credit than other boba shops in my opinion. The drinks are not super sweet like other boba shops, they're just right; in case you're not a big fan of sweet drinks. Their drinks are also non-dairy, and can add soy or almond milk. Got the Winter melon milk tea with coffee jelly and I really enjoyed it. The winter melon is a tad bit sweet but they have an option to adjust your sweetness level. My friends got a Jasmine milk tea and a Nagasaki milk tea (which was my favorite out of all the drinks). I love this place! It's my new go-to for my boba cravings inside is very aesthetic and a great place to study. They are also open late-great for college students who need to stay up to study. The drinks are very good and consistent each time, as well as their boba. It's soft, chewy, and you can taste the sweetness added to it, which I love. My drink recommendations are: jasmine milk tea with sea salt cream, Hokkaido milk tea with sea salt cream, or a peach green tea, all with boba. The best of the best customer service ever! It's such a sweet spot. Family business, friendly atmosphere, the place you go to have a calm evening do work on the iMac, or take someone on a date and play Jenga. The boba taste amazing and it is at an affordable price! Also, there's no need to go drive to Chinatown to get boba. This is the spot to be! I can't wait until summer hits, I heard they'll be open later at night, which is AMAZING. read more

When I met a date to have a smoothie I was thinking this place was like Robek's or Jamba with a nicer atmosphere. I was right about the atmosphere but wrong about the smoothies it was not like the others. To be honest there were quite a few things on the menu so I went with a safe strawberry smoothie which is milk based and it was like having a strawberry shake. Like Goldilocks It wasn't too rich and it wasn't too runny, it was just right. If I'm in the neighborhood I will definitely stop by, I want to try some other flavors. read more

I also started to get the little individual citrus kernels on some sips, which were great since they're a natural pop of flavor and of course easily fit through a normal straw (note: I had to request this after the employee handed me the wide boba straw). I did feel that the A/C was struggling on a really hot summer day. I was surprised that several people chose to sit down long-term as I was feeling less than fully comfortable. I'll strongly consider returning to Pink Cactus Tea when I'm in the Flamingo area rather than Spring Mountain. Gimmicky theme aside, I had a great fruit tea and hope to try more of that menu section in particular.
