My boyfriend went in to order me a matcha milk tea with almond milk and boba. The guy a the cashier some Asian guy I've never seen before and should be fired. Gave us an attitude the entire time and when we told him to make it with almond milk and boba apparently he didn't listen because there was none as you can see in the picture. We even got charged for the boba and almond milk. I am highly allergic to milk and had to go to the ER due to this guys mistake. Horrible service. I'm a regular and I've never been treated like this before. So who ever was on shift at 12/07/2020 at 9:00 on a Monday night needs to be fired. He is horrible horrible horrible! read more

Yummy drinks. They make it really fast. And they put THE CUTEST topping deco on their cloud caps that I have ever seen!! I'm still going crazy about it! One thing I do want to point out that make their milk teas stand out is that you can actually taste the tea in the milk tea. I almost didn't write this review because I wanted to keep this place a secret... I come here almost weekly to do homework/study. This is the only cafe on this side of town that doesn't get stupid loud/busy. I always sit in the corner and I've seriously done my best work there haha. Sometimes when I'm there for a while the employees bring me ice water... that's how long I stay. All the employees + owner are super nice. Try the the Hokkaido milk tea with sea salt cream and boba. Don't come on weekdays around 1-2pm cause that's when the high school across the street gets out. Unless you like overhearing loud high school conversations come at a different time. read more

If it wasn't for my friend treating me to a treat after dinner one night, this spot would have stayed bookmarked forever. A few visits later, Cloud Tea is obviously the neighborhood chill spot amongst high schoolers chillin'with their friends. Space and seating is pretty adequate or typical of such a spot. Even on a full night, we always manage to find a seat. If you arent familiar with milk teas, you'll learn most shops will run on the sweeter end. BUT! There is a reason why the menu offers adjustment levels! And if you arent sure if their drinks are sweet, if you see an adjustment option, use that as an assumption. If you do find your drink to be too sweet, let them know and they will be more than happy to remake your drink! I have tried their strawberry black tea, nagasaki MT, and their Okinawa MT. I'll also be honest that I am not actually a "boba" fan, texture reasons...but does not mean I don't recognize good boba. Their boba here is pretty good, I only know this because I sampled off of my lover's drink. Lol. Anyway, drinks were pretty good. Milk teas weren't watery or bland. I can see why it's poppin' in there especially considering the location. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating and patient with me! Sometimes I have ten million questions off of something so simple. Lol. So that's huge. Hahahaa. If you are in the area and are craving something with boba in it, I def would recommend giving Cloud Tea a shot. It's completely out the way for me, and I dont forsee myself coming from the North to come here specifically all the time. But whenever I'm in the area, I will def pop in. One of my favorite tea shops in my area! I'm a fan of not so sweet drinks and drinks without milk so this place has a lot of choices for me. The best ones are the lemon green tea and fruit tea with fresh fruit! I always get 50% sweet. Also the lychee jelly and boba here is great quality. I enjoy drinking boba tea. This location is a walking distance to my condo. Very nice greeting and services. I like that they have a stamp card. Now I can buy more for my next visit. I couldn't decide milk tea or smoothie. So I buy both lol. I got taro milk tea without topping and taro smoothie with lychee jelly. The sweetness is on point. Love it! I'm a regular of Cloud Tea so this review is probably long overdue! First of all, the drinks and service are great. I usually try a different drink every time I come but all have been good. I will say I prefer milk teas over smoothies or regular teas. One thing to note is that the place can get really loud, especially when the high school around the corner let's out. To be fair, we've all been in high school once so I don't mind it too much. Just be aware if the kids are playing uno, there are screaming matches lol read more

This place is such a gem! I'm not in Vegas very often, but when I do come again, I'll be sure to return to Cloud Tea! I stumbled upon this place on a bubble tea craving before hiking one day. And thanks to Yelp I was grateful to find this 5-star spot that gave us all the refreshment we needed! It's a quiet and sunny/well-lit location in a strip mall. I tried the wintermelon milk tea (my standard!) and my friends tried the avocado smoothie bubble tea and jasmine milk tea. We each had wide-eyes after one sip, saying how good it is! The owner and the worker at the cashier were so friendly and asked us how long our stay was in Vegas. They were also helpful in helping us choose what to order. My friend who got the avocado said this was the BEST avocado smoothie she's ever had (we have a lot of choices on the East Coast, too! where we're from). I agreed - it was smooth, lightly sweet and so sublime. I loved the chew of the bubbles. They were just right. Next time I'll have to try the uber cute cloud caps that I see online!!! I will be back to Vegas and I will make it a point to def visit here again. It was so delicious and refreshing/memorable part of our trip! I so wish they were in D.C.! read more

Originally I ordered 4 drinks all with cloud caps and designs, staff was very helpful while ordering. 5 minutes later staff alerts us that they no longer have Cloud caps and have been out since yesterday and offered us an upgrade drink on all drinks or 1 free drinks. all though i appreciate the offer, it would've been better to have been notified of the cloud caps because essentially we came to this location for that and if i had known.. I'm always hesitant to try new boba places because I have my #1 go-to, but I had a hankering for a rose milk tea and was in the area and didn't feel like driving 15 minutes to my #1, so I gave Cloud Tea a shot. I'm glad I did! I ordered a regular rose milk tea 75% sweet with a cheese cap. Yum!! It was very good, everyone was friendly, and my drink was made quickly. If you're gonna try this place please do yourself a favor and get the hokkaido MT with sea salt foam. This is my go to drink every time I visit this spot and it never misses. Super underrated, way better than most boba places on spring mountain IMHO. I've been a customer since they first opened and I'm a little sad they still don't have a proper sign up lol! But nevertheless, this place is 10/10. I would go more often but it's a little far for me! So if you're around the spring valley area please give this place a try! I like cloud tea, been back 3 times since we first tried it a few weeks ago and we live on the other side of town. I get the honeydew slush because I'm not a tea drinker. However, that has become my go-to comparison drink. Theirs is yums! They blend the ice in until its smooth but not all melted. The boba is chewy and has a hint of sweetness/taste. I can't stand boba that is tasteless! Service has always been friendly, even after 10pm and close to closing time. They are always willing to help or offer suggestions. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of their boba and milk teas! I came with my friends and we all got different drinks. I never heard of a Nagasaki milk tea, so I decided to get it and WOWW!!! Amazing!!! It's so good and is a MUST TRY! All of my friends ended up ordering a second drink after trying my Nagasaki and is definitely a different drink compared to the other ones I get at other boba places. Their boba texture and taste is also delicious and perfectly cooked. I usually try to keep my expectations low when trying new boba places, because none can really compare to my favorites, but this is definitely a new place I will try to frequent when I go back to Vegas. Service was okay. Now the drinks..me and my friend went there to get a nice boba drink and once we got home had stomach issues and were throwing up. The crystal boba tasted soapy. I don't know if they have stuff sitting out all throughout the day or if their milk was expired but this is actually the worst experience I've ever had at a boba place.
