One of my favorite tea shops in my area! I'm a fan of not so sweet drinks and drinks without milk so this place has a lot of choices for me. The best ones are the lemon green tea and fruit tea with fresh fruit! I always get 50% sweet. Also the lychee jelly and boba here is great quality. I enjoy drinking boba tea. This location is a walking distance to my condo. Very nice greeting and services. I like that they have a stamp card. Now I can buy more for my next visit. I'm a regular of Cloud Tea so this review is probably long overdue! First of all, the drinks and service are great. I usually try a different drink every time I come but all have been good. I will say I prefer milk teas over smoothies or regular teas. One thing to note is that the place can get really loud, especially when the high school around the corner let's out. To be fair, we've all been in high school once so I don't mind it too much. Just be aware if the kids are playing uno, there are screaming matches lol read more

I always get the nagasaki milk tea and a tiny cup of cream for my dog- a couple of times, I've had overbrewed tea, but 99.9% of the time, the tea is fantastic, and the boba is *always* (yes, ALWAYS) perfect. Currently my favorite boba place! read more

Service was okay. Now the drinks..me and my friend went there to get a nice boba drink and once we got home had stomach issues and were throwing up. The crystal boba tasted soapy. I don't know if they have stuff sitting out all throughout the day or if their milk was expired but this is actually the worst experience I've ever had at a boba place. This place is such a gem! I'm not in Vegas very often, but when I do come again, I'll be sure to return to Cloud Tea! I stumbled upon this place on a bubble tea craving before hiking one day. And thanks to Yelp I was grateful to find this 5-star spot that gave us all the refreshment we needed! It's a quiet and sunny/well-lit location in a strip mall. I tried the wintermelon milk tea (my standard!) and my friends tried the avocado smoothie bubble tea and jasmine milk tea. We each had wide-eyes after one sip, saying how good it is! The owner and the worker at the cashier were so friendly and asked us how long our stay was in Vegas. They were also helpful in helping us choose what to order. My friend who got the avocado said this was the BEST avocado smoothie she's ever had (we have a lot of choices on the East Coast, too! where we're from). I agreed - it was smooth, lightly sweet and so sublime. I loved the chew of the bubbles. They were just right. Next time I'll have to try the uber cute cloud caps that I see online!!! I'm always hesitant to try new boba places because I have my #1 go-to, but I had a hankering for a rose milk tea and was in the area and didn't feel like driving 15 minutes to my #1, so I gave Cloud Tea a shot. I'm glad I did! I ordered a regular rose milk tea 75% sweet with a cheese cap. Yum!! It was very good, everyone was friendly, and my drink was made quickly. I tried this out first time through postmates and they were so nice to grant me boba when I requested it , unknowingly that there was a charge! Which I apologize on my behalf. But their gesture was so kind I wish I could drive up there and tip the staff personally. I like cloud tea, been back 3 times since we first tried it a few weeks ago and we live on the other side of town. I get the honeydew slush because I'm not a tea drinker. However, that has become my go-to comparison drink. Theirs is yums! They blend the ice in until its smooth but not all melted. The boba is chewy and has a hint of sweetness/taste. I can't stand boba that is tasteless! Service has always been friendly, even after 10pm and close to closing time. They are always willing to help or offer suggestions. If you're gonna try this place please do yourself a favor and get the hokkaido MT with sea salt foam. This is my go to drink every time I visit this spot and it never misses. Super underrated, way better than most boba places on spring mountain IMHO. I've been a customer since they first opened and I'm a little sad they still don't have a proper sign up lol! But nevertheless, this place is 10/10. I would go more often but it's a little far for me! So if you're around the spring valley area please give this place a try! Loved that they had a lot of different flavors to choose from. Customer service was pretty good as well. The tea can be a little strong but I like that you can set the sweetness for your drink. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of their boba and milk teas! I came with my friends and we all got different drinks. I never heard of a Nagasaki milk tea, so I decided to get it and WOWW!!! Amazing!!! It's so good and is a MUST TRY! All of my friends ended up ordering a second drink after trying my Nagasaki and is definitely a different drink compared to the other ones I get at other boba places. Their boba texture and taste is also delicious and perfectly cooked. I usually try to keep my expectations low when trying new boba places, because none can really compare to my favorites, but this is definitely a new place I will try to frequent when I go back to Vegas. Came here tonight to check it out. I ordered a Rose Milk Tea, 50% sugar, less ice. I came out with the perfect drink!! The Rose tastes really natural, and the sweetness was just right. Loved it! They also use a mechanical shaker to shake your milk tea, maybe that's what makes it so good. read more

I met up with an old friend I hadn't seen for a while here the other night. It's really nice that they are open until midnight. Its located around the corner in a shared shopping plaza with a Smith's. They dont have a real sign yet-- just a banner, so I didn't see it at first. It is very quaint inside. Soft lighting and lots of wood accents. Very simple. They have some board games that you can play if you like. As far as the actual menu, they have lots of flavors that you can get as milk tea, smoothies, black tea, etc. You can add boba to most things. Very reasonable prices. I got the passion fruit smoothie. It was decent, if a little dairy heavy (for me personally). You can customize the sugar level and whatnot of your drink. They have a punch card. I was there pretty late on a weeknight, and it was pretty empty. There were plenty of people drifting in and out though. It would be a good place to study. read more

Boba is a hit or miss for me and when I find a spot I like It's the only place I go to. Cloud tea is great staff is nice and they have fun board games inside to play with friends the boba is great it's the only place I used to go to for boba. tl;dr: This is the only place I've been to that has "Mango Milk Tea" and it's just divine. Milk teas are great, hot teas are the same; if you drink cold fruit teas make sure to not skip out and say "less ice"... you'll really taste all the 'tartness' then. Go there and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. -- Realistically, I have to thank my cousin crashing at my place as he always wants to go out to buy boba, buy tea, buy matcha flavored drinks... the list goes on, really. I mentioned to him Cloud Tea and after a quick Yelp search from him for approval we were on our way. This place has mango milk tea. That's essentially nonexistent anywhere else in Vegas and a solid reason by itself to go there. It's not mango with milk tea, but actually mango milk tea. It was a fun experience and people that enjoy mango will like it Really, all their milk teas (that I've tried anyway) are flavorful and not overpowering. Their their cold fruit teas are fruity, just make don't say 'less ice', it's not worth the tart taste. The hot teas are enjoyable; cold nights to truly enjoy those can't come around fast enough. Other than that, it's really your typical boba shop in a fairly non-typical location (honestly, anything outside of Spring Mountain OR Rainbow is considered non-typical), but it has a unique charm thanks to the interior design. A small "board game" area coupled with free WiFi and you got yourself a place to hang out with for awhile with some people you either like or at the best least, enjoy the company. read more

You can tell they have great vibes in here just from the way the staff treat each other. That's a rare find these days. Decided to grab some late afternoon boba! Called ahead to place the order so we didn't have to wait for our drinks to be made since businesses are practicing social distancing guidelines and only allow x amount of people in the store. I love boba and typically will try people's faves, so I decided to try their brown sugar milk tea with 25% sugar and boba! It was delicious. Only suggestion I would make is that the employees keep drinks that are ordered ahead of time inside fridge so that it isn't semi warm when customers pick it up. A plus about this boba place is it's located in spring valley. The further west you go the less boba spots available. read more
