This company was servicing our neighbor's septic tank when the brakes failed on their truck. I'm thankful the tree was there, or the truck would likely have gone all the way downhill through our fence and into a pond. Our neighbor called my husband and the police. One of the owners of this business also came, and he was very apologetic while the police were there. We were told that All In One also has a tree service, and they would take down the tree they hit for free. The tree has a chunk out of the base. When I called a day later to set that up, the same owner was no longer apologetic nor polite. He told me that they were too booked up to schedule anything for us. When I asked if they would pay for someone else to take it down, he laughed and said he wasn't paying for someone to take down an old sweet gum tree. He was so rude and unpleasant that we decided we don't want them on our property anyway and will just wait and see what happens with the tree. I'm thankful there wasn't any significant damage or injury, but I would definitely not recommend dealing with this company due to their faulty equipment, dishonesty, and terrible attitude.
